Eui Dourou - Kentro Eidikon Therapeion Ena Dis Abilities

Eui Dourou - Kentro Eidikon Therapeion Ena Dis Abilities is an Occupational Therapist and the scientific director of the Special Therapy Center "1 Dis Abilities" in Vyronas. She is a graduate of the Department of Occupational Therapy at the University of Athens, with a specialization in School Psychology from the University of the Aegean and postgraduate studies in Education and Technology through the Hellenic Open University. In recent years, she has worked with passion and dedication in the field of Special Education, both in private special therapy centers and in public educational institutions. As an occupational therapist, she has the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She has experience with children facing developmental and neurodevelopmental challenges, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual disability, Down syndrome, motor or sensory difficulties, as well as challenges in writing and social interaction. She designs creative and targeted interventions that enhance skills at the motor, sensory, cognitive, and social levels. Each session represents an opportunity for progress, respecting the unique needs and abilities of each child. Her goal is the substantial empowerment and improvement of quality of life through a personalized and functional approach. Interventions are conducted either individually or in small groups, within a safe, creative, and supportive environment. Her purpose is for every child to discover their capabilities, enhance their functionality, and enjoy daily life with autonomy and confidence.
