Sonia Roboti is a Mental Health Counselor specializing in Counseling Psychotherapy, with a deep belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship. Throughout her professional journey, she has worked with individuals who feel exhausted from "keeping everything inside" or trying to be okay for everyone else. Whether dealing with anxiety, grief, internal conflicts, identity struggles, or the need to reconnect with themselves, her goal is to help them feel lighter, more confident, and freer.


She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), but above all, she offers presence—an authentic, warm, and steady presence that does not judge, pressure, or pretend to have all the answers. She believes that therapy is a shared journey of discovery, where answers are found together with the client.


Sonia has participated in various scientific conferences and training programs, including Workplace Stress and Burnout Syndrome at the University of Ioannina (2024), the Forensic Psychology Conference at London Metropolitan University (2024), as well as seminars on Clinical Psychopathology at the Hellenic Open University (2023) and Domestic Violence at City Unity (2023).


Her sessions are conducted online, allowing clients to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own space and on their own time. With professionalism, empathy, and deep respect, she is dedicated to providing a genuine space for healing and personal growth.
