Dear Sir/Madam, I regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, I must clarify that during your visit, all appropriate medical procedures and standards were followed — the same principles I have consistently applied throughout my years of professional practice. I addressed your case with the seriousness and clinical attention it required, based on a thorough medical evaluation and not on superficial impressions. If my focused and methodical approach was misinterpreted as being rushed, that does not accurately reflect the reality of the consultation. With all due respect, I must also point out that rating a medical consultation 1 out of 10 —as if reviewing a restaurant or retail service— fails to acknowledge the complexity of medical care and the responsibility we bear toward our patients. Such extreme evaluations, when not based on objective criteria, are not only unfair to the physician involved but also undermine the nature of the doctor-patient relationship itself. Furthermore, I believe it is important to note that the overwhelming majority of my previous patient evaluations consistently reflect a high standard of care and patient satisfaction. This context alone highlights how disproportionate and unrepresentative( if not spiteful ) your rating is when viewed objectively.
