Nikoletta Damaskinou BSc is a Life & Business Coach conducting online sessions. She holds a degree in Business Administration & Organizations from the Hellenic Open University and a coaching certification (Certificate in coaching - AC Accredited) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds certifications in Business Coaching and Leadership Coaching from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an EMCC Global accreditation as a Senior Practitioner. Ms. Damaskinou is a member of the European and Hellenic Mentoring and Coaching Associations (European Mentoring & Coaching Council), EMCC Global and Greece, an international organization for mentors and coaches. Finally, she has served as a Life Coaching Seminar Instructor at Evdokimos Educational Group.

Despoina Drivakou MSc, PhD(c) is a Life Coach with a private practice in Thessaloniki and provides supervision to early-career psychologists and mental health professionals in the initial stages of clinical practice. She holds a degree from the Department of Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master's degree in Basic Medical Research Methodology - Social Medicine - Public Health and Epidemiology from the Medical School of the same university. She is also a doctoral candidate at the same institution. Additionally, she is trained in Systemic Family Psychotherapy and is a certified Life Coach, regularly attending seminars and conferences on the systemic approach. Other psychotherapeutic programs she has trained in include Symbol Drama - basic training, Emotionally Focused Therapy - couples therapy, and the developmental model for couples in crisis due to substance, alcohol, and medication abuse, domestic violence, and narcissistic personality disorder. She is the scientific director of the Society for the Dissemination and Research of Systemic Thinking and president of the EP7A Association (Prevention, Art, Intervention). She has over 25 years of experience in the business sector. As a working mother of two children, she deeply understands the challenges of modern daily life and the impact these can have on physical and mental health.

In 2022, she founded Better Life Lab, a space for self-awareness, empowerment, and wellness, where through individual and group sessions, seminars, and workshops, she helps individuals and organizations build functional habits, mental resilience, and self-leadership.

Siasiou Maria is a Personal Development Coach, NLP Practitioner, and educator with over 22 years of experience supporting children and adults. She has been trained in NLP, hypnosis, and Timeline Therapy, tools which she applies with empathy and a focus on meaningful change. Through her sessions, she helps individuals discover their talents and desires, overcome limiting beliefs and internal obstacles, and design a future that reflects their true self, with self-awareness and confidence. The sessions are conducted in an atmosphere of acceptance and safety, aiming for the gradual, substantive transformation of the individual through tools that combine the power of language, imagination, and conscious presence.

Eleni Vardaki is a Therapeutic Coach - EFT Practitioner who conducts online sessions.

Her holistic approach to coaching and mentoring helps you regulate your nervous system so that you leave the session calmer and more clear-headed. She is specialized in therapeutic EFT Tapping coaching and has over 1000 hours of EFT Tapping therapy practice. She has helped people overcome their fears and phobias (fear of flying, fear of needles, fear of doctors, fear of invasive medical procedures, emetophobia, fear of surgery, fear of public speaking, fear of going back to school).

People also come to her for assistance with reducing their stress or anxiety so that they can more easily achieve their personal, professional, or academic goals. Other areas in which she has helped people using the clinical EFT Tapping method include:

Ellie Tsatsou-Palmer is a certified Life Coach and maintains a private practice in Pangrati, Athens. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Deree – The American College of Greece, and a Master’s degree (MA) in Digital Media Productions from the University of the Arts London. She has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice in Art, Design & Communication, specializing in Technology Enhanced Learning. Currently, she is training as a Mindfulness Mentor through the Banyan Mindfulness Mentor Training program. Nonota Iliana is a certified (with distinction) Life Coach with an office in Ampelokipoi, Thessaloniki. She holds a first degree in teaching the French language, a second degree in teaching the English language, followed by a degree in psychology focusing on counseling, and finally in life coaching, specializing in health coaching (well-being, autoimmune diseases, weight loss). The specialist aims at the immediate resolution of everyday issues such as interpersonal relationship counseling (separation, divorce, abuse, toxicity), couples counseling, professional guidance, stress management, as well as management of diseases that significantly affect mental health and, consequently, the body itself.
