Μεγάλη Πέμπτη ανήμερα, ουσιαστικά τελευταία στιγμή πριν τις διακοπές του Πάσχα ήταν ανοιχτά και πήγα εκτάκτως με πολύ πόνο, γιατί ο δικός μου οδοντίατρος είχε ήδη κλείσει. Δεν την γνώριζα, την εντόπισα από κριτικές στο doctor anytime. Η γιατρός με αντιμετώπισε έγκαιρα, διότι ήταν εξαγωγή φρονιμίτη. Αντιμετώπισε το περιστατικό με ψυχραιμία και προτίμησε την άμεση εξαγωγή αντί να με αφήσει μόνο με αντιβίωση μέσα στις γιορτές και να το αναβάλει για μετά. Μεθοδικά και ανθρώπινα (λόγω του πόνου) με ενέσεις και εμπειρία έγινε η εξαγωγή. Πήρα οδηγίες για αγωγή κτλ και τουλάχιστον δεν πονούσα πια μέσα στο Πάσχα! Θα την προτιμήσω και για τα παιδιά μου και σίγουρα την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. ΥΓ. Σημαντική λεπτομέρεια: για οτιδήποτε ξαφνικό μου ζήτησε επικοινωνία με κινητό ακόμα και μέσα στις γιορτές και κανόνισε επαναληπτικό ραντεβού μετά από μία εβδομάδα για να δει πώς πάω. Αισθάνθηκα απόλυτη ασφάλεια και φυσικά όλα πήγαν καλά, χωρίς να χρειαστεί να την ενοχλήσω!

Η επίσκεψη ήταν για την μικρή μου κόρη. Για ακόμα μία φορά άψογη επαγγελματίας αλλά και άνθρωπος. Συνδέθηκε αμέσως με το παιδί και το έκανε να αισθανθεί άνετα.

Έψαχνα αρκετό καιρό οδοντίατρο και χαίρομαι πάρα πολύ που έπεσα στην Αλεξάνδρα. Μου εμπνέει απόλυτη εμπιστοσύνη, είναι πολύ πολύ προσεκτική στις κινήσεις της ώστε να μην προκαλέσει δυσφορία στον ασθενή, επεξηγηματική σε όλες τις διαδικασίες και πολύ ήρεμη. Μακάρι να ήταν έτσι όλοι οι επαγγελματίες υγείας!

Εξαιρετική γιατρός και πάνω απ’ όλα άνθρωπος. Από την πρώτη στιγμή με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα και ασφαλής, δείχνοντας πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον και προσοχή στο πρόβλημά μου. Ήταν αναλυτική, υπομονετική και πρόθυμη να απαντήσει σε κάθε μου ερώτηση, εξηγώντας τα πάντα με απλό και κατανοητό τρόπο. Ο επαγγελματισμός της σε συνδυασμό με την ανθρωπιά και την ευγένειά της κάνουν την εμπειρία της επίσκεψης πραγματικά θετική.
