Η ιατρός μου έκανε εξαιρετικά καλή εντύπωση. Ήταν η πρώτη μου επίσκεψη και διέθεσε πολύ χρόνο για να γνωριστούμε και να χαλαρώσω, πολύ σημαντικό για μένα που φοβάμαι τους οδοντιάτρους. Έχει πολύ ελαφρύ χέρι, δεν με ταλαιπώρησε καθόλου. Εξηγούσε σε όλη την διαδικασία τι θα έκανε και μου περιέγραφε τι διαπίστωνε στα δόντια μου. Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη και θα ξαναπάω οπωσδήποτε.

Η ασθενής παρέμεινε στο ιατρείο κοντά στη μία-μιση ώρα καθώς πραγματοποιήθηκε αναλυτική ενημέρωση και λεπτομερέστατος καθαρισμός. Η δεύτερη ιατρική πράξη που είχε στο νου της δεν ήταν αναγκαία μετά τον καθαρισμό. Πρότεινα να ολοκληρωθεί ο καθαρισμός σε δεύτερη επίσκεψη, χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση, καθώς αυτό ελαττώνει το αίσθημα ταλαιπωρίας στον ασθενή, αλλά είχε δυσκολία να ξαναέρθει μετά από μια – δυο μέρες
