  • Εξαγωγή φρονιμίτη

    Καλησπέρα σήμερα έκανα μια εξαγωγή φρονιμίτη αλλά ήταν σάπιος ο γιατρός άφησε το μισό κομμάτι αλλά τις ρίζες τις άφησε μέσα .. μετά από λίγη ώρα πέρασε η επίδραση της ένεσης και πονάω καθώς και έχω λίγο αίμα στο σάλιο μου είναι φυσιολογικό;

    • Είναι φυσιολογικό να πονάς και να έχεις αίμα γιατί η περιοχή εκεί τραυματίστηκε είτε έβγαλε το δόντι είτε όχι. Καλό όμως είναι να μην το αφήσεις εκει , να πας σε κάποιο ειδικό να το αφαιρέσεις γιατί είναι εστία μόλυνσης.

    Καλησπέρα σας. Βρίσκομαι στον 3ο χρόνο συντήρησης και φοράω μασελάκι 2 φορές την εβδομάδα. Ωστόσο το ξέχασα και για 17 μέρες δεν θα το φορέσω. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να στραβώσουν τα δόντια;

    • Εάν δεν έχεις σταθερή σταθεροποίηση το μασελακι πρέπει να το φοράς για να μην σταβωσουν παλι. Όμως μην αγχώνεσαι φόρεσε το τώρα και αντί 2 φορές την εβδομάδα να το βάζεις κάθε μέρα εάν είναι σφιχτό μέχρι να είναι όπως ήταν και εκεί συνεχίζεις ξανά κάθε 2 ημέρες.

  • Απονεύρωση

    Έκανα πριν 3 μήνες ένα σφράγισμα που ήταν σχετικά βαθύ. Από την αρχή ένιωθα μια περίεργη ευαισθησία που δεν την είχα νιώσει με τα άλλα σφραγίσματα. Η οδοντίατρος μου είπε ότι είναι φυσιολογικό για τις πρώτες μέρες. Η ευαισθησία υποχώρησε αφού μάλιστα άλλαξα και οδοντόκρεμα. Ωστόσο τώρα νιώθω μία ευαισθησία όταν ακουμπάω το δόντι χωρίς να έχω απαραίτητα φάει προηγουμένως. Η οδοντίατρος μου είπε ότι ίσως θέλει απονεύρωση. Αυτό δεν έπρεπε να το δει πριν μου κάνει το σφράγισμα; Τώρα πρέπει να μου βγάλει το σφράγισμα για να δει αν θέλει απονεύρωση;

    • Εάν έκτο δόντι αντιδρά φυσιολογικά στα τεστ , η ευαισθησία μειώθηκε μπορει απλά να χρειάζεται να μπει μια βάση κάτω από το σφράγισμα για να μην πονάς. Πολλές φορές δεν μπορούμε να υπολογίσουμε από πριν εάν τελικά εάν δόντι θα θέλει απονεύρωση όμως μειώνουμε την πιθανότητα με τα τεστ που γίνονται στην αρχή. Αρα δεν χρειάζεται να βγει το σφράγισμα για να δει εάν θα πάει για απονεύρωση εκτός και εάν ο πόνος είναι έντονος και σε κρατά για ώρες.
