Εξαιρετική εμπειρία. Χώρος σύγχρονος, καθαρός και οργανωμένος, ενώ όλο το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξηγήσει κάθε στάδιο της θεραπείας. Η αντιμετώπιση ήταν επαγγελματική, με πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τον ασθενή και χωρίς βιασύνη. Ένιωσα εμπιστοσύνη και ασφάλεια καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του ραντεβού. Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά ποιοτικές οδοντιατρικές υπηρεσίες.

Με ανέλαβε όχι ο ίδιος ο γιατρός ,αλλά συνάδελφος του. Ήταν γρήγορη και μου συμπλήρωσε ένα μικρό κομματάκι στη γωνία δοντιού μου που σπάει σχεδόν κάθε χρόνο. Μου το χρέωσε σαν σφράγισμα ,αλλά ζήτησε 20€ παραπάνω από το κόστος που αναγράφεται εδώ και όταν ρώτησα για το κόστος για εξαγωγή δοντιού και απονεύρωση, μου έδωσε άλλες τιμές από τις αναγραφόμενες (80€-150€ διαφορά).Όταν της έδειξα τις τιμές που ήταν άλλες εδώ,μου είπε ότι θα πει το γιατρό να τις αλλάξουν. Δεν μου άρεσε η ασυνέπεια της κοστολόγησης των υπηρεσιών.

Σας ευχαριστούμε για την αξιολόγησή σας. Θα θέλαμε να διευκρινίσουμε ότι το ιατρείο μας λειτουργεί ως οδοντιατρική κλινική, με περισσότερους από έναν οδοντιάτρους, οι οποίοι ακολουθούν κοινά πρωτόκολλα ποιότητας και κοστολόγησης. Στον τιμοκατάλογο του ιατρείου μας οι οδοντιατρικές υπηρεσίες/πράξεις αναγράφονται με εύρος τιμών ή με την ένδειξη «από», καθώς το τελικό κόστος διαμορφώνεται ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες και τη δυσκολία κάθε περιστατικού. Η συνάδελφος σάς ανέφερε το ανώτατο δυνατό κόστος διαφόρων οδοντιατρικών υπηρεσιών, όπως ρωτήσατε ενημερωτικά, κ όπως οφείλουμε να κάνουμε για λόγους διαφάνειας. Παρότι η αποκατάσταση αφορούσε μικρό τμήμα δοντιού, απαιτήθηκε πλήρης διαδικασία συγκόλλησης, διαμόρφωσης και γυαλίσματος, αντίστοιχη με σφράγισμα στην αισθητική ζώνη. Το ραντεβού διήρκεσε περίπου 45 λεπτά και η τελική χρέωση ήταν χαμηλότερη από το μέγιστο προβλεπόμενο κόστος. Λυπούμαστε αν δημιουργήθηκε οποιαδήποτε σύγχυση και παραμένουμε στη διάθεσή σας για κάθε διευκρίνιση.

Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τό άμεσο ραντεβού πού έκλεισα μέσα σέ μία μέρα,καί από την δύσκολη εξαγωγή τού δοντιού μου, δεν κατάλαβα τίποτα από πόνο την μία ώρα πού κράτησε η επέμβαση.

    Καλησπέρα για λόγους εργασίας βρίσκομαι σε μέρος που δεν υπάρχει οδοντίατρος…Με έπιασε δυνατός πονόδοντος από προχθές κ σε επικοινωνία με τον οδοντίατρο μου είπε να ξεκινήσω amoxil 1g 2 φορές τη μέρα…σήμερα είμαι στο δεύτερο εικοσιτετράωρο αλλά ξύπνησα με λίγο πρήξιμο στο μάγουλο.τι μπορώ να κάνω;;;θα αρχίσει να πιάνει η amoxil??μια άλλη οδοντίατρος μου είπε να πάρω κ flagyl.

    • Καλησπέρα σας. Σε περιπτώσεις έντονου πονόδοντου που συνοδεύεται από πιθανή οδοντογενή λοίμωξη, η χορήγηση αντιβίωσης όπως η αμοξικιλλίνη (Amoxil) μπορεί να βοηθήσει στον έλεγχο της λοίμωξης, ωστόσο συνήθως χρειάζονται 48–72 ώρες μέχρι να αρχίσει να φαίνεται σαφής βελτίωση των συμπτωμάτων. Το γεγονός ότι βρίσκεστε στο δεύτερο εικοσιτετράωρο θεραπείας και εμφανίστηκε ήπιο πρήξιμο στο μάγουλο δεν είναι ασυνήθιστο, καθώς η φλεγμονή μπορεί να εξελιχθεί τις πρώτες ημέρες πριν αρχίσει να υποχωρεί.
