Ο κ. Πλαγεράς είναι ένας ψυχοθεραπευτής με ιδιαίτερη ευαισθησία και λεπτή ακρόαση. Ακόμη και στις συνεδρίες εξ αποστάσεως, από την πρώτη κιόλας στιγμή ένιωσα ότι υπήρχε ένας πραγματικός χώρος αποδοχής και ελευθερίας έκφρασης, χωρίς πίεση ή κριτική. Η ψυχαναλυτική του προσέγγιση μου επέτρεψε να ανακαλύψω πλευρές του εαυτού μου που δεν είχα ποτέ φανταστεί. Δείχνει μεγάλη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, έχει τη σπάνια ικανότητα να ακούει πέρα από τα λόγια και με βοηθά να αναγνωρίζω τα μοτίβα που επαναλαμβάνονται στη ζωή μου. Η παρουσία του, ακόμη και μέσω οθόνης, παραμένει ήρεμη, σταθερή και καθησυχαστική· δίνει τον απαραίτητο χρόνο ώστε να ωριμάσει ο λόγος και να προκύψει το ουσιαστικό. Νιώθω ότι η θεραπευτική σχέση που έχει οικοδομηθεί είναι βαθιά και ουσιαστική, και αυτό έχει πραγματικό αντίκτυπο στην καθημερινότητά μου. J’ai commencé ma thérapie en présentielle avec monsieur Plageras à un moment où je traversais une période de grande confusion. Son écoute attentive, son regard juste et sa bienveillance m’ont aidé à reprendre confiance et à retrouver une bonne direction. Aujourd’hui mes séances se déroulent à distance, mais cela se passe parfaitement, malgré la distance physique.
