Η γιατρός μου εξήγησε και ανέλυσε την περίπτωσή μου και το σημαντικό που μου έκανε τρομερή εντύπωση ασχολήθηκε με το ιστορικό - κληρονομικότητα των γονιών μου όπου μου επισήμανε την προσοχή για ετήσιο έλεγχο κάποιον φθορών που μπορεί να προκληθούν στα μάτια μου.

Η γιατρός δε μου έγραψε ποτέ τη συνταγή με τις μετρήσεις στην άυλη, ούτε μου τις έδωσε εγγράφως. Μου έγραψε μόνο τη γνωμάτευση του ΕΟΠΥΥ, μάλλον δεν ήξερε ότι είναι δύο διαφορετικά πράγματα. Έτσι όταν πήγα στο κατάστημα με τα οπτικά δεν μπόρεσαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Της τηλεφώνησα να της εξηγήσω, μου είπε "Ψάξε βρες τα, εσύ κάνεις λάθος" και μου το έκλεισε στα μούτρα. Η γνωμάτευση για την αποζημίωση έληξε και δεν μπόρεσα να την αξιοποιήσω. Πρέπει να μου την ακυρώσει για να ξαναγράψω και να αποζημιωθώ από τον ΕΟΠΥΥ, αλλιώς δεν μπορώ να πάρω αποζημίωση για 4 χρόνια.Πήρα τηλέφωνο για δεύτερη φορά και επέμενε ότι το λάθος ήταν δικό μου, ότι εγώ φταίω που έληξε η συνταγή και να ξαναπάρω τηλέφωνο ΜΕΤΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΡΕΙΣ ΕΒΔΟΜΑΔΕΣ . Αν ήταν εξυπηρετική στο πρώτο τηλεφώνημα που της έκανα, δε θα χρειαζόταν να την ενοχλήσω και θα είχα φτιάξει κι εγώ τα γυαλιά μου. Κρίμα γιατί στην αρχή μου φάνηκε πολύ εξυπηρετική. Το χώρο και τα μηχανήματα δεν τα σχολιάζω καν..
