Είμαι Νευρογλωσσολόγος–Λογοθεραπεύτρια με διδακτορικό και περισσότερα από 25 χρόνια εμπειρίας στον τομέα των μαθησιακών δυσκολιών, της διάσπασης προσοχής (ΔΕΠΥ) και της γνωστικής λειτουργίας. Διδάσκω σε μεταπτυχιακό επίπεδο στο Μητροπολιτικό Κολλέγιο, στον τομέα της Ειδικής Αγωγής και του αυτισμού.

Ειδικεύομαι στην ενίσχυση της προσοχής και της συγκέντρωσης σε παιδιά και ενήλικες, ως βασικής δεξιότητας που υποστηρίζει τη μάθηση και τη συνολική γνωστική οργάνωση.

Είμαι δημιουργός της μεθόδου EULEXIA, μιας νευρογλωσσολογικής προσέγγισης που αξιοποιεί τον ρυθμό και το φαινόμενο του συγχρονισμού του εγκεφάλου με ρυθμικά ερεθίσματα (neural entrainment), με στόχο την ενίσχυση της προσοχής, τη βελτίωση της συγκέντρωσης και της μαθησιακής απόδοσης.

Παράλληλα, μέσω του προγράμματος πρώιμης ανάγνωσης «Διαβάζω Νωρίς», υποστηρίζω παιδιά προσχολικής ηλικίας στην ανάπτυξη αναγνωστικής και σχολικής ετοιμότητας, με στόχο την πρόληψη μαθησιακών δυσκολιών.

Οι συνεδρίες πραγματοποιούνται τόσο δια ζώσης στο Μαρούσι (Βόρεια Προάστια), όσο και online.

Όταν το άτομο αποκτά έλεγχο της προσοχής του, ανοίγεται ο δρόμος για ουσιαστική, πιο εύκολη και με φυσική ροή μάθηση και εξέλιξη.
