Mpogiatzidou Maria MD, PhD is a Military Physician - Endocrinologist and maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a doctorate from the Medical School of the University of Patras in the field of Pediatric Endocrinology. Sofias Aleksandros - Premedicare is an Endocrinologist, a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Following two years of training in the Internal Medicine Department of the 7th IKA Hospital and four years of work at the Aspropyrgos refinery clinic as an on-call physician, he specialized in the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos". Mintziori Gesthimani is an Endocrinologist. She received her Medical Degree (2004) from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Medical School (AUTh) and immediately afterwards she received her M.Sc. Degree (Medical Research Methodology, AUTh; 2006). In 2014 she completed her PhD with distinction (AUTh). Gesthimani Mintziori is an author of many peer-reviewed articles, an Associate Editor in the journal Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism Case Reports and member of efditorial board and a Review Editor in many peer-reviewed journals in the fields of endocrinology and reproduction. She participates as a tutor at the pre- and post-graduate curriculum of the AUTh Medical School. She is now working as a Post-Doc Researcher in the Unit of Reproductive Endocrinology of the First Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, AUTh and runs her own Private Endocrine Practice in Thessaloniki city center. She has been distinguished for her scientific work (Scholarship of Excellence for AUTh PhD Candidates, State Scholarship Foundation Postgraduate Research Scholarship). She was a founding member and a co-Chair of the European Young Endocrine Scientists (EYES), a member of the Education Committee, the Clinical Committee and the Executive Board Committee of the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE).
