Alexander Ananiadis Bassias is a licensed Psychologist since 2015 (Nº 9225/14). He has worked at the Psychiatric Hospital of Attica, the General Hospital of Athens 'Hellenic Red Cross', the mental health centre of Rethymnon, and at the psychiatric department of the General Hospital of Rethymnon. Moreover, he has worked as a research assistant at the London Business School and at the Queen Mary University of London. Besides his clinical and research experience, he is actively involved with entrepreneurship, applying principles of psychology in the design of business negotiations and conflict resolution. He holds a master of sciences in decision-making psychology awarded by University College London (UCL), he is a trained negotiator by Athens University of Business and Economics, and holds a bachelor of sciences in psychology, awarded by the University of Crete. Also, he is specialised in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trained by the Institute of Behavioral Research and Therapy.
