She is specialized in exercise, certified as a Pilates Instructor (AF Studies - PMA), in Clinical Pilates (KEDIVIM Epimorfosis - EOPPEP), and as a Personal Trainer (HNFC - NASM). Additionally, she holds a diploma in Biomedical Acupuncture from the University of West Attica and has been trained in Manual Therapy at a school certified by the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT), deepening her expertise in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal disorders. Currently, she is a postgraduate student at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, enrolled in the program "Algology: Pain Management - Diagnosis and Treatment - Pharmacological, Interventional, and Other Techniques," aiming at the treatment of acute and chronic pain. She has worked in physiotherapy centers, private clinics, and provided home-based therapies.
