Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous international scientific conferences and seminars, including key topics such as: ultrasonographic neonatal diagnostics according to Graf for early detection of hip dysplasia, specialized traumatology under the auspices of AO Trauma, endoscopic spinal surgery, emergency pre-hospital medicine (Notarzt), pediatric orthopedics, arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery, microsurgery and arthroscopic surgery of the hand, reconstructive knee and hip surgery, among others. Overall, he has acquired substantial experience across the full spectrum of orthopedics and traumatology as well as significant surgical expertise, performing numerous complex surgical procedures in both adults and children. Finally, the physician is a member of the International Traumatology Society AO Trauma (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Osteosynthesefragen) and the Hellenic Osteoporosis Foundation.

Dr. Kyrilis Xristos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine Surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, as well as endoscopic spinal surgery, and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. He was admitted to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and, after completing his studies and fulfilling his military obligations, he began the general part of his specialty in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the General Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Agrinio. Since 2014, he worked as an Orthopedics and Traumatology resident at the Attica General Hospital KAT, in the 1st Orthopedic Clinic, until September 2019. During this period, he participated in numerous surgical procedures and contributed to the operation of all departments of the Clinic. Additionally, he was seconded to the Scoliosis and Spine Department of the General Hospital KAT, where he participated in the diagnosis and management of complex cases, covering the entire spectrum of spinal pathology. During his specialty training, he attended numerous educational conferences and seminars, enhancing his knowledge and experience. Continuing his education, he completed his postgraduate studies program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, focusing on the "Rehabilitation of Spinal Cord and Spinal Cord Injuries." Today, he works as a Scientific Associate at YGEIA Hospital and as a Consultant in the Spine, Scoliosis, and Oncology Department of Metropolitan General Hospital. With his experience and expertise, he is committed to providing high-quality medical care, focusing on pain relief and the restoration of mobility for his patients.

Dr. Tsapakidis Giannis was born in Larisa in 1975 and graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2000. He completed his Orthopedic specialty residency at Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus, with part of his training conducted at KAT Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital in London. He received a scholarship from AO and worked as a Fellow at the Sports Injuries and Trauma Center of Queens Medical Centre University Hospital in Nottingham. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Athens and a member of AO ALUMNI. Since 2006, he has served as the team physician for the women's basketball team “ESPERIDES” Kallithea (Women’s A1 Basketball Champion for 2006-07 and 2008-09 and Greek Cup Winner for 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08, and 2008-09). From 2015 to 2018, he was part of the medical team covering orthopedic concerns for the athletes of KAE AEK. Since 2013, he has provided medical coverage for the basketball team PROTEAS VOULAS and from 2015 to 2025 served as the medical provider for the athletes of the basketball team KAE AMAROUSIOU. From 2021 to 2023, he was the team physician for the WOMEN'S NATIONAL BASKETBALL TEAM, and from 2022 to 2024 for the team of PANIONIOS B.C. Previously, he was part of the medical team covering orthopedic needs of the athletes of KAE PANELLINIOS from 2008 to 2011 and the Cultural and Sports Center “DAIS.” Subsequently, from 2018 to 2022, he provided medical coverage to the athletes of MELLISION and since 2018 to the athletes of ESPEROS B.C. Finally, starting this year, he has been the medical provider for the amateur club PANATHINAIKOS A.O. He has attended specialized seminars/workshops in Traumatology, Microsurgery, and Arthroscopic Surgery both in Greece and abroad. He has participated with publications/presentations in Greek and International scientific conferences and journals.
