Κατά την εκπαίδευση του στις συγγενείς καρδιόπαθειες πραγματοποίησε πάνω από 1500 υπερηχογραφήματα καρδιάς σε ασθενείς με συγγενή καρδιοπάθεια και πνευμονική υπέρταση ενώ έκανε περισσότερους από 200 δεξιούς καθετηριασμούς σε ασθενείς με πνευμονική υπέρταση. Κατοπιν εκπαιδεύτηκε στην επεμβατική καρδιολογία στο Πανεπιστημιακό νοσοκομείο του Τορόντο (Peter Munk Cardiac Center) όπου πραγματοποίησε πάνω από 1000 στεφανιογραφίες και 300 αγγειοιοπλαστικές.
