Πολυτάρχου Καλή είναι Καρδιολόγος, Επιμελήτρια του Α΄ Καρδιολογικού τμήματος / Ηλεκτροφυσιολογίας και Βηματοδοτών του Ερρίκος Ντυνάν Hospital Center, ενώ διατηρεί και ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στη Γλυφάδα. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης και Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, με αντικείμενο τη δυναμική υπερηχοκαρδιογραφία (Stress Echo) και την καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια. Το 2018 έλαβε τον τίτλο ειδικότητας της Καρδιολογίας και το Ευρωπαϊκό Δίπλωμα Καρδιολογίας (European Examination in General Cardiology, European Society of Cardiology). Έχει εργαστεί και ειδικευτεί επί 5 έτη στην Α΄ Καρδιολογική κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Ο Ευαγγελισμός", και απέκτησε επιπρόσθετη εμπειρία στη Παιδο - Καρδιολογία στο Νοσοκομείο Παίδων "Η Αγία Σοφία". Ακολούθως, εξειδικεύτηκε στις νεότερες τεχνικές υπερηχοκαρδιογραφίας, τη δυναμική υπερηχοκαρδιογραφία (Stress Echo) με φαρμακευτική κόπωση και κόπωση με ύπτιο ποδήλατο και τρισδιάστατο διοισοφάγειο υπερηχοκαρδιογράφημα, ως επιστημονικός συνεργάτης του Εργαστηρίου Δυναμικής Υπερηχοκαρδιογραφίας της Α΄ Πανεπιστημιακής Καρδιολογικής Κλινικής του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Ιπποκράτειο". Εν συνεχεία, υπηρέτησε επί ένα έτος στο Ειδικό Αντικαρκινικό Νοσοκομείο Πειραία "Μεταξά", ως επιμελήτρια Καρδιολόγος, με ιδιαίτερη ενασχόληση την Καρδιο- Ογκολογία. Η κ. Πολυτάρχου έχει σημαντικό επιστημονικό και ερευνητικό έργο με πλήθος δημοσιευμένων επιστημονικών άρθρων σε έγκριτα διεθνή ξενόγλωσσα περιοδικά με υψηλό συντελεστή απήχησης (impact factor), καθώς και σε διεθνή και ελληνικά επιστημονικά συνέδρια Καρδιολογίας. Έχει συμμετάσχει ως προσκεκλημένη ομιλήτρια και σχολιάστρια σε διάφορα επιστημονικά συνέδρια και είναι συγγραφέας ελληνικών και ξενόγλωσσων βιβλίων καρδιολογίας. Είναι ενεργό μέλος της Ελληνικής και της Ευρωπαϊκής Καρδιολογικής Εταιρίας, της Ομάδας Εργασίας Ηχωκαρδιολογίας και του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών και Πειραιώς. Είναι Καρδιολόγος εξειδικευμένη στην υπερηχοκαρδιογραφία, την καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια και μυοκαρδιοπάθειες, τις βαλβιδοπάθειες, την αρτηριακή υπέρταση, τη στεφανιαία νόσο και τις αρρυθμίες.
