Πολυτάρχου Καλή είναι Καρδιολόγος, Επιμελήτρια του Α΄ Καρδιολογικού τμήματος / Ηλεκτροφυσιολογίας και Βηματοδοτών του Ερρίκος Ντυνάν Hospital Center, ενώ διατηρεί και ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στη Γλυφάδα.
