Ioannis Chatzidakis BSc, MSc, PhD is an Oncologist who maintains a private practice in Marousi. After graduating from the Hellenic-German High School of Athens, he completed his studies at the Department of Biology of the Faculty of Sciences at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2006. He collaborates with the HYGEIA Hospital (Athens), IASIS – Gavrilakis General Clinic and Evangelisches Krankenhaus Wesel in Germany.

He completed his specialization at Metaxa Oncology Hospital in Greece and at the University Hospital Essen in Germany.

He has served as Senior Consultant (Attending Physician) and Consultant at the University Hospital Essen in Germany and as Director at Evangelisches Krankenhaus Wesel in Germany.

Mitsogianni Maria is an Internal Medicine - Oncology Specialist based at YGEIA-MITERA Hospitals in Marousi. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed the postgraduate program "Thoracic Oncology" as well as her doctoral thesis at the same university.

She has worked for 7 years in Germany at Klinikum Oldenburg, Johanniter Krankenhaus Rheinhausen, and Marienhospital Düsseldorf, specializing in the fields of Medical Oncology and Palliative Care. In Greece, she has worked at the Oncology Hospital of Kifisia "Agioi Anargyroi" and served as a collaborator at the Oncology Unit of the "Sotiria" Hospital.

She holds the ESMO Examination Certificate from the European Society for Medical Oncology.

She has attended numerous conferences and educational seminars both in Greece and internationally, has a significant number of international publications, and participates as a lecturer in postgraduate programs at the University of Athens.

Since 2022, she has been a collaborator and Head of Clinical Studies at the 4th Medical Oncology Clinic of DTKA YGEIA and is the attending physician at MITERA Hospital.

Demiri Matina is a Oncologist - Pathologist and maintains a private practice within the Metropolitan Hospital in Cholargos. Her clinical focus encompasses all solid tumors, including gastrointestinal tumors and neuroendocrine tumors. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), completed her Pathology specialty in 1987, and Oncology specialization in 2003. She has gained valuable experience working as a Consultant in Pathology-Oncology Clinics at prominent institutions such as Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus and the General Anti-Cancer Oncology Hospital of Athens "Agios Savvas." Thomopoulou Konstantina MD, MSc, PhD is an Oncologist and holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Crete, with a specialization in Cancer Immunology. She maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She studied at the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds a master's degree in Lung Cancer from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in the United Kingdom, specifically in Medical Oncology at the Gynecologic and Breast Cancer Department of the Beatson Cancer Center, followed by training in Hematology/Oncology at Broomfield Hospital in Middle Essex. She completed her specialty in Medical Oncology at the University General Hospital of Heraklion, where she participated in both clinical and laboratory activities. Additionally, she obtained certification from the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) after passing the pan-European examinations. Furthermore, in 2024, she received certification in Breast Cancer (Certificate of Competence in Breast Cancer) from the University of Ulm, Germany, in collaboration with the European School of Oncology. Finally, she possesses extensive clinical experience and, alongside her private practice, is affiliated with HYGEIA Hospital and MITERA Hospital.

Dr. Nikolaou Xristos is a Physician – Oncologist with over 10 years of clinical experience in the United Kingdom (NHS), having served in leading oncology centers such as Guy’s & St Thomas’, Queen’s Hospital, and The Christie Hospital Manchester.

He has a primary specialization in breast cancer, having served as a Consultant Medical Oncologist in specialized breast units, with an active role in multidisciplinary oncology boards and the application of the most advanced therapies (hormone therapy, targeted therapies, immunotherapy).

Additionally, he manages a wide range of solid tumors, with particular expertise in melanoma, as well as in modern immunotherapy and targeted treatment for oncology patients.

Currently, he works at the 4th Oncology Clinic of Errikos Dynan Hospital, offering personalized, evidence-based, and compassionate care, in accordance with the international standards of major oncology centers.

Oncologist Karagiannis Athanasios, at the Athens Bioclinic, is responsible for the complete design and administration of systemic (intravenous or oral) therapy such as classic chemotherapy and primarily immunotherapy and targeted molecular therapy, based on the results of molecular testing conducted on the tumor of each specific patient, aiming for individualized therapeutic selection in accordance with global guidelines, thus providing patients suffering from cancer access to the latest therapeutic options in immunotherapy and targeted therapy.

He also actively participates in the oncology board, through which decisions are made that determine the overall therapeutic approach to managing a malignant disease. This includes, besides systemic therapy, radiotherapy, surgical removal, and various local treatments (thermal ablation, embolization). The medical team of the oncology board includes physicians from all specialties involved in treating a malignant disease, such as surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, interventional radiologists, internists, and pathologists, offering a comprehensive assessment of the disease, its treatment, and potential complications during the overall therapeutic course.

In our Oncology Department, numerous patients with lung cancer, stomach and intestinal cancer, pancreatic, liver, and biliary tract cancer, bladder and kidney cancer, and breast cancer are monitored.

Additionally, emphasis is placed on the complex therapeutic management of metastatic and advanced cancers through the simultaneous application of systemic and local therapies (directly to the metastatic site) in collaboration with the specialized interventional radiology department of the Athens Bioclinic.

Dimitriadis Ioannis is an Oncologist who maintains private practices in Athens, Argos, and Tripoli. Ο Πανόπουλος Χρήστος, MD, PhD, είναι Ογκολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην οδό Ξενίας 3, έναντι Πλατείας Μαβίλης. Είναι Διευθυντής Ογκολογικού Τμήματος της Ευρωκλινικής Αθηνών. Είναι Διδάκτωρ του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με Διδακτορική Διατριβή με θέμα: "Χορήγηση από του στόματος ετοποσίδης και εστραμουστίνης σε ασθενείς με ορμονοάντοχο καρκίνο του προστάτη". Έλαβε το πτυχίο της Ιατρικής από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου της Genova στην Ιταλία, με βαθμό Άριστα. Εργάσθηκε σαν Ερευνητής στο ίδιο Πανεπιστήμιο. Ακολούθως, μετά την υποχρεωτική υπηρεσία υπαίθρου στην Μεσσηνιακή Μάνη, ειδικεύθηκε στην Παθολογία στο Γ’ Νοσοκομείο ΙΚΑ. Μετά την λήψη της ειδικότητας εργάσθηκε στο Ογκολογικό Νοσοκομείο "Άγιοι Ανάργυροι", όπου του απονεμήθηκε η ειδικότητα της Παθολογικής Ογκολογίας το 1998, όταν θεσπίσθηκε η ειδικότητα στην Ελλάδα. Υπηρέτησε διαδοχικά σαν Επιμελητής στα Ογκολογικά Νοσοκομεία "Άγιοι Ανάργυροι" και "Άγιος Σάββας", όπου εξελίχθηκε στον βαθμό του Διευθυντή της Β’ Ογκολογικής Κλινικής. Το 2015 αποφάσισε να συνεχίσει στον ιδιωτικό τομέα, οπότε υπέβαλλε την παραίτηση του και έκτοτε εργάζεται στην Ευρωκλινική Αθηνών σαν Διευθυντής Ογκολογικού Τμήματος. Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή επιστημονικών συγγραμμάτων και μελετών σε επιστημονικά περιοδικά. Είναι κριτής (Reviewer) εργασιών διεθνών επιστημονικών περιοδικών. Τέλος, είναι ενεργό μέλος πολλών ελληνικών και διεθνών επιστημονικών εταιρειών και μέλος του ΔΣ της Αντικαρκινικής Εταιρείας. Έχει εκπαιδεύσει μεγάλο αριθμό ειδικευομένων στην Παθολογία και την Παθολογική Ογκολογία για περισσότερες από 2 δεκαετίες και συνεργάζεται με την "Επιστημονική Εταιρεία Φοιτητών Ιατρικής Ελλάδος" στην οργάνωση επιστημονικών εκδηλώσεων και την συγγραφή επιστημονικών άρθρων.

Ο Παθολόγος-Ογκολόγος Κουτσούκος Κωνσταντίνος γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1978 και φοίτησε στη Σχολή Μωραΐτη από την οποία και αποφοίτησε με Άριστα το 1996. Στη συνέχεια εισήχθη με πανελλαδικές εξετάσεις στην Ιατρική σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών από την οποία και αποφοίτησε με βαθμό Λίαν Kαλώς το 2003. Αφού υπηρέτησε στην Πολεμική Αεροπορία σαν σμηνίτης ιατρός σε διάφορες μονάδες μεταξύ των οποίων και το 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αεροπορίας το 2004-2005, ακολούθησε η υπηρεσία υπαίθρου (αγροτικό) στο Νοσοκομείο Βόλου και στο Πήλιο Μαγνησίας. Το 2005 παρακολούθησε επιτυχώς το μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με τίτλο: “Βασικές αρχές του καρκίνου από τη διάγνωση μέχρι τη θεραπεία”. Το 2007 ολοκλήρωσε το μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα «MSc in Molecular Medicine» στο Imperial College του Λονδίνου με εκπόνηση πτυχιακής εργασία με θέμα τον καρκίνο του προστάτη. Από το 2007 έως το 2010 εργάστηκε σαν ειδικευόμενος στην Παθολογία στα πλαίσια του γενικού μέρους της ειδικότητας στη Β Παθολογική κλινική του Σισμανογλείου Νοσοκομείου και στη συνέχεια σαν ειδικευόμενος στην Αιματολογία και επιστημονικός συνεργάτης στην Αιματολογική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Λαϊκό Νοσοκομείο. Από το Μάιο του 2011 ειδικεύτηκε στην Παθολογική Ογκολογία στην Ογκολογική-Αιματολογική Μονάδα της Θεραπευτικής Κλινικής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, στο Νοσοκομείο Αλεξάνδρα υπό τη διεύθυνση του Καθηγητή Μ.Α. Δημόπουλου. Τη διετία 2012-2014 παρακολούθησε επιτυχώς τον 2ο κύκλο σπουδών της Ελληνικής Ακαδημίας Ογκολογίας. Μετά την απόκτηση του τίτλου ειδικότητας της Παθολογικής Ογκολογίας το 2014, παρέμεινε ενεργό μέλος της κλινικής ως επιστημονικός συνεργάτης, συμμετέχοντας τόσο στο κλινικό, όσο και στο ερευνητικό έργο της κλινικής. Τη διετία 2012-2014 παρακολούθησε επιτυχώς τον 2ο κύκλο σπουδών της Ελληνικής Ακαδημίας Ογκολογίας. Παρουσιάζει ιδιαίτερο κλινικό και ερευνητικό ενδιαφέρον για τον γυναικολογικό και ουρογεννητικό καρκίνο, με συμμετοχή, ανακοινώσεις και δημοσιεύσεις σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια. Συμμετέχει ως ερευνητής τόσο σε ελληνικές όσο και σε διεθνείς κλινικές μελέτες για την ανάπτυξη νέων φαρμάκων σε διάφορους τύπους καρκίνου, όπως ο καρκίνος του μαστού, των ωοθηκών, του νεφρού, της ουροδόχου κύστης κ.α. Είναι μέλος της Εταιρείας Ογκολόγων Παθολόγων Ελλάδος (ΕΟΠΕ) και της Ελληνικής Ερευνητικής Ομάδας Ουρο-Γεννητικού Καρκίνου (ΕΕΟΟΓΕΚ). Είναι πιστοποιημένο μέλος της European Society of Medical Oncology (ΕSMO) και μέλος της American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο και συνεργάζεται με Ιδιωτικές κλινικές και Νοσοκομεία.
