Η διεπιστημονική ομάδα του κέντρου απαρτίζεται από, ψυχολόγους NLP Coach και εξειδικευμένους ψυχοθεραπευτές και έχει τη δυνατότητα να υποδέχεται ένα αίτημα, να το αξιολογεί σφαιρικά και να προτείνει την ενδεδειγμένη θεραπευτική προσέγγιση.
Η Δέρμου Ελίνα έχει εξειδίκευση στον τομέα της ενδυνάμωσης και της ανάπτυξης του ατόμου. Είναι πιστοποιημένη Associate Certified Coach (ACC) από το International Coaching Federation (ICF) και έχει πιστοποίηση ως NLP Master Practitioner (Νευρογλωσσικός προγραμματισμός) και Mindfulness Coaching. Έχει μακρά εμπειρία στον τομέα του coaching και έχει εργαστεί με ανθρώπους από διάφορα επαγγελματικά πεδία, εστιάζoντας στις ανάγκες και τις φιλοδοξίες του κάθε ανθρώπου, προσφέροντας την κατάλληλη υποστήριξη και ενίσχυση για να ανακαλύψουν το δυναμικό τους και την επίτευξη των στόχων τους.
