Γιαννακόπουλος Γιώργος είναι Ειδικός Γαστρεντερολόγος-Hπατολόγος-Επεμβατικός Ενδοσκόπος - Παγκρεατολόγος με πολυετή εκπαίδευση και κλινική εμπειρία στη Σουηδία, σε πανεπιστημιακά και ιδιωτικά νοσοκομεία υψηλής εξειδίκευσης, καθώς και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Μαρούσι. Αποφοίτησε από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με βαθμό πτυχίου «Άριστα». Μετά την ολοκλήρωση των σπουδών του, συνέχισε την εκπαίδευσή του στη Σουηδία, όπου ειδικεύτηκε στην Εσωτερική Παθολογία στο Νοσοκομείο Danderyds Sjukhus της Στοκχόλμης, αποκτώντας τον τίτλο ειδικότητας το 2014.
