Τσιτλακίδου διαθέτει πιστοποιημένη εξειδίκευση στις εφαρμογές Laser, και στην αισθητική δερματολογία. Είναι μέλος της ομάδας του Κέντρου Εμπειρογνωμοσύνης σπάνιων δερματικών Νοσημάτων του Γ.Ν. Η Τσικελούδη Μαρία είναι Δερματολόγος - Αφροδισιολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο, στη Θεσσαλονίκη, ενώ, παράλληλα, διατηρεί ενεργή παρουσία στον ιδιωτικό τομέα στο Λονδίνο. Aποφοίτησε το 2002 από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Κατόπιν τρίμηνης εκπαίδευσης στο Γ.Ν. Λάρισας, ολοκλήρωσε την υπηρεσία υπαίθρου στο Π.Ι. Κοιλάδας του Κ.Υ.
