Siorokos Xristos is a Dermatologist - Venereologist and operates a private clinic in Athens. He graduated from the Medical School of Johannes Gutenberg University in Germany in 2004. He initially specialized in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery at the University Clinic of Witten/Herdecke and subsequently at the Johanna Etienne Hospital in Neuss, Germany, until 2008. Dr. Ioanna Kalkounou was born in Athens and raised in Nafplio. She attended the Medical School of the University of Athens after successfully passing the nationwide entrance examinations, graduating in 2004. Subsequently, she completed her rural service at the General Hospital of Tripoli (Nephrology Unit). In 2011, she worked as a scientific collaborator in the Dermatology-Allergology Clinic at the Charite University Hospital in Berlin. She then began her specialization in Dermatology at the Vivantes Klinikum Spandau in Berlin. She continued and completed her specialization at the University Clinic of the "Andreas Syggros" Hospital. In 2011, she was awarded a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Athens. She has been trained in dermatologic surgical techniques in hospitals in Germany, with which she maintains regular scientific communication, while also training in aesthetic dermatology techniques. She has developed a writing activity since her specialization years and has participated in many international dermatology conferences. Since 2018, she has been practicing privately as a dermatologist–venereologist in Athens and is a member of the Hellenic Dermatological Society (HDS), the German Dermatological Society (DDG), and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV).
