Η Τζοβάρα Ευφημία είναι Παιδοδοντίατρος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Παγκράτι από το 1992. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Οδοντιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και εξειδικεύτηκε στην Παιδοδοντιατρική με υποτροφία του ΝΑΤΟ, στο Πανεπιστήμιο Kings College του Λονδίνου, έχοντας πραγματοποιήσει πλήθος οδοντιατρικών θεραπειών σε βρέφη και σε παιδιά με χρήση μέθης και γενικής αναισθησίας αλλά και έχοντας παρακολουθήσει τραύματα στα νεογιλά και στα μόνιμα δόντια.
