She obtained her Specialty in General Medicine from the Medical School of the University of Athens and is a Member of the Athens Medical Association (Registration No. 28,447), a member of the Hellenic Society of General Medicine (ELEGEIA), a member of the board of directors of the Panhellenic Medical Acupuncture Society based in Athens since 1982, and an active member of the International Council for Medical Acupuncture (ICMART) based in Brussels, organizing and participating in educational seminars and conferences in Greece and abroad.
