The therapeutic relationship becomes a meeting place; a space where one can authentically be, be meaningfully heard, and begin to gain deeper understanding of themselves and their way of relating to others. Amid the pressures and fast pace of modern daily life, personal needs do not have to shout to be heard. They are approached with respect, care, and time. From there begins a journey that is not predetermined but shaped step-by-step, at a pace that suits each individual and their needs.
