Το διαιτολογικό γραφείο Geothrepsis | Βερλέκη Γεωργία εδρεύει στους Αμπελόκηπους στην Αθήνα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2022. Η Βερλέκη Γεωργία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και υπεύθυνη του διαιτολογικού γραφείου. Αποφοίτησε από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλίας και, έπειτα, προχώρησε σε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική – Ιατρική Διατροφή, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαθέτει επαγγελματική και κλινική εμπειρία από το 2016, αφού έχει εργασθεί ως Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος στη Γενική Κλινική Metropolitan General, συμμετείχε στο σχεδιασμό της υπηρεσίας, «Υπηρεσία Εξατομικευμένης Διατροφικής Φροντίδας – Advanced Patient Nutrition», του Γενικού και Γυναικολογικού / Μαιευτικού Νοσοκομείου ΜΗΤΕΡΑ και εργαζόταν, παράλληλα, ως Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών. Την εξάμηνη πρακτική της άσκηση ολοκλήρωσε επιτυχώς στην Γενική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ General. Είναι μέλος της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδας (ΕΔΔΕ) από το 2016. Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο πραγματοποιεί όλες τις συνεδρίες, για φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις, ενηλίκων, παιδιών, εφήβων, εγκύων, θηλαζουσών και ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας. Η εξατομίκευση είναι ο βασικός άξονας στον οποίο στηρίζεται η προσέγγισή της. Βασικό της μέλημα είναι να ανοίξει καινούργιους δρόμους σε όσους την εμπιστευθούν. Κινείται πάντα με γνώμονα την αφετηρία, το παρελθόν και τους στόχους του καθενός και με σεβασμό στη διαφορετικότητα, σχεδιάζει προγράμματα διατροφής που θα οδηγήσουν αργά ή γρήγορα, αλλά κυρίως ανθρώπινα στο επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Εκτός από τη διαχείριση βάρους και τη διατροφική εκπαίδευση, αναλαμβάνει και την διατροφική υποστήριξη κλινικών περιστατικών. Ενίοτε σε πιο αυστηρό πλαίσιο. Όμως πάντα με επίκεντρο τον ασθενή, τα "θέλω" και τα "δε θέλω" του, τις κόκκινες γραμμές του. Με τον εξοπλισμό τελευταίας τεχνολογίας (επαγγελματικό ζυγό και αναλυτή σύστασης σώματος με βιοηλεκτρική εμπέδηση) που διαθέτει το γραφείο εγγυάται πάντα τα πιο ακριβή αποτελέσματα μετρήσεων. Οι συνεδρίες μπορούν να πραγματοποιηθούν και από απόσταση.

Ο Κάλφας Ιωάννης και οι συνεργάτες του (Kalfas Nutrition) εδρεύουν στη Γλυφάδα από το 2007. Η επαγγελματική ομάδα του γραφείου αποτελείται από τους διαιτολόγους Κάλφα Ιωάννη και Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου.

Ο Κάλφας Ιωάννης διαθέτει πτυχίο διατροφής - διαιτολογίας από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Κρήτης και το 2007 απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών στον τομέα της διατροφής με εξειδίκευση στην κλινική διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει την μετεκπαίδευση του πάνω στην αντιμετώπιση των διατροφικών διαταραχών (νευρική ανορεξία και βουλιμία) και της παχυσαρκίας στο Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης και Αντιμετώπισης Διατροφικών Διαταραχών. Το 2015 ολοκλήρωσε στο Κέντρο Ψυχολογικών Εφαρμογών (ΚΕ.Ψ.ΕΦ.) σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης με θέμα «δεξιότητες συμβουλευτικής και επικοινωνίας για διαιτολόγους» και το 2016 σεμινάρια με τίτλο “Πέρα από τα όρια της δίαιτας”, (μια διατροφική - ψυχοεκπαιδευτικη προσέγγιση στη χρόνια παχυσαρκία). Επι σειρά ετών είναι εισηγήτής σεμιναρίων με θέμα την αθλητική διατροφή και παράλληλα έχει στο ενεργητικό του ομιλίες που αφορούν στην διατροφική ενημέρωση του κοινού . Επιπλέον συμμετάσχει σε πλήθος σεμιναρίων και συνεδρίων για την συνεχή ενημέρωση στις εξελίξεις του κλάδου του. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική του άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αττικής ΚΑΤ, ενώ στα πλαίσια της στρατιωτικής του θητείας τοποθετήθηκε στο διαιτολογικό τμήμα του 251 Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αεροπορίας, όπου απέκτησε πολύτιμη εμπειρία στην κλινική διατροφή και διαιτολογία.

Η Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου είναι αθλητική διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας της Θεσσαλονίκης. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στον τομέα της αθλητικής διατροφής στο Leeds Beckett University της Αγγλίας ενώ έχει παρακολουθήσει και σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και στο Health Coaching για Επαγγελματίες Υγείας. Από το 2020 έως σήμερα, η εμπειρία της στη διατροφή τη βοηθά να προσφέρει πρακτικές και εξατομικευμένες λύσεις, είτε πρόκειται για αθλητές είτε για άτομα που απλώς θέλουν να βελτιώσουν την υγεία και τη φυσική τους κατάσταση.

Aggeli - Kilitsian Maria is a Nutritionist - Dietitian and maintains a private practice in Elliniko, Attica. She is a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a Master's degree (MSc) titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace in Health Sciences. Her master's thesis focused on the "Correlation of the Microbiome with Depression and the Role of the Mediterranean Diet." Additionally, she is a graduate of the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity" program, certified by the British NCfED (National Centre for Eating Disorders). She works as a freelancer with a professional practice license and has over 20 years of experience. From 2017 to 2020, she served as the head of the Dietetic Department at the Municipal Clinics of the Municipality of Agios Dimitrios, Attica, managing numerous cases of adult and pediatric obesity, diabetes mellitus, kidney diseases, hypercholesterolemia, pregnancy, etc. Her practical training took place at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" of Voula. As part of her research thesis, she investigated the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, which she presented at the EFAD conference in Barcelona in 2011 and was ranked among the top 10 presentations. Furthermore, her work has been published in the EFAD e-journal: Angeli-Kilitsian M., Meintani J. Quality of Life in Greek Hemodialysis Patients Correlated with Anthropometric Evaluation, EFAD e-journal 2015;2(1):13-14. Within the framework of continuing education, she has attended seminars on topics such as "Diabetes Mellitus," "Genetics," "Special Education and Training," "Evidence-Based Medical Nutrition," and "Metabolomics and Clinical Application in Autoimmune and Chronic Diseases" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as participation in workshops, conferences, and webinars.

Dr. Dermitzakis Stylianos is a Pathologist, founder and owner of the Premedicare Medical Center. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and holds a postgraduate degree in "Health Unit Management" from the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University of Patras. Within his specialty training, he served at the 1st IKA Hospital "Papadimitriou," the Regional General Hospital of Attica "Sismanoglio," as well as at the Military Fund Nursing Institution NIMTS. Additionally, he served as Head of Pathology at the Athens Bioclinic and concurrently was Director of Medical Services at Cross Border, providing medical coverage to medical tourism patients.

Zaxarodimos Nikolaos is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, a doctoral candidate at the Laboratory of Dietetics and Quality of Life of the Agricultural University of Athens, and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a master's degree in "Molecular and Applied Physiology" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a research specialization in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Simultaneously, he collaborates with medical clinics, hospitals, and fitness centers, offering personalized nutrition programs and body composition analyses. His professional experience includes salaried practice at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," participation in research projects and scholarships within the framework of the "Research – Create – Innovate" initiatives, and active involvement with publications in international journals and conferences both in Greece and abroad. Margaritis Athanasios is a Specialist in Pathology - Intensive Care Medicine and maintains a private practice in Argyroupoli. He is a graduate and PhD holder from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He possesses significant clinical experience and serves as Consultant in the First Pathology Clinic of the Errikos Dynan Hospital Center.

Florou Athina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in the Zografou area. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens in 2022, successfully completing her undergraduate studies. During her internship at the 251 General Airforce Hospital, she gained valuable knowledge and experience in nutrition support, designing personalized diet plans, nutritional counseling, and assessing patients' nutritional status. She continued her studies at University College London (UCL), where she obtained a master's degree in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition with distinction. As part of her postgraduate education, she worked at St Ann’s Hospital/Eating Disorder Service, making a significant contribution to the rehabilitation of patients with eating disorders. Athina is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists (PSDΔD), the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), and the Association for Nutrition (AfN) in the UK. She has experience in managing clinical cases through collaboration with physicians of various specialties in both hospital and private settings. She applies individualized nutritional interventions based on scientific evidence, aiming for the holistic support of health.

As part of her active involvement in international scientific networks, she participates as a member of the Working Group of the European project HEALTH UP! of EFAD (European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians), contributing to the scientifically substantiated evaluation and updating of the Guide on Eating Disorders, aiming to enhance dietetic care practice at the European level.

Tsaggaris Adamantios is an Interventional Cardiologist, maintains a private practice in Marousi, and serves as a Cardiologist Consultant at the Red Cross (Korgialeneio - Benakeio EES). He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized in Pathology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in the USA. He specialized in Cardiology at the University of Minnesota in the USA. He completed subspecialty training in interventional cardiology and structural cardiology (TAVI, MitraClip, Watchman) at the University of Minnesota in the USA (worked at VA MPLS, Fairview Hospital, Southdale Hospital). He is a Diplomate of the American College of Cardiology. He has been awarded, following examinations, the American Subspecialty Certificates in Cardiology (ABIM-Cardiology) and Interventional Cardiology (ABIM-Interventional Cardiology). He is board certified in echocardiography (National Board of Echocardiography). He has published papers in international scientific journals and has presented at Greek, American, and European conferences. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology as well as the Hellenic Cardiological Society. In his practice, he manages cases covering the entire spectrum of cardiology and specializes in coronary artery disease and valvular heart diseases (interventional and structural cardiology).

Dimitra Xatzigianni is a Specialist Internist and has maintained a private practice in Peristeri since 1993. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized at the First University Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens “Laiko.” Subsequently, she pursued further training at the Gastroenterology Clinic of the University Hospital “Louvain” in Brussels. She specializes in Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Diabetology, and Arterial Hypertension. Additionally, she has attended medical conferences focused on Diabetes Mellitus and Metabolism to stay abreast of advancements in her field and to develop professionally.

Η Κοκολοπούλου Αλεξάνδρα είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, MSc με άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος και πραγματοποιεί επισκέψεις κατ' οίκον και online . Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Καρδίτσας και κάτοχος του μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου «Διατροφή στην υγεία και την νόσο» από το τμήμα Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου  Θεσσαλίας. Έχει πιστοποιημένη επιμόρφωση στην Γνωστική Συμπεριφοριστική Θεραπεία από το Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Στη διάρκεια των σπουδών της πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών όπου απέκτησε εμπειρία πάνω σε φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις περιστατικών. Antonucci Aleksios is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Nea Iraklio. He graduated from the Medical School of Chieti, Italy. He specialized in Pathology at the General Hospital of Western Attica "Agia Varvara" and at the General Hospital of Nikaia "Agios Panteleimon." He has served as a Scientific Associate in private medical centers and home care companies, and has held the position of Second Consultant in the Pathology Department of the General Hospital of Livadeia. Xaita Stauroula is a General Family Physician and maintains a private practice in Ilisia. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Bologna. Garzonis Spyros is an Internist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital for Chest Diseases of Athens "Sotiria". Drasvestas Dimitris, MD is an Interventional Cardiologist - Electrophysiologist with private practices in Athens and Pallini. A graduate of the Medical School of the University of Bologna, Italy, he specialized at the 2nd Cardiology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos" and obtained his Cardiology specialty title in 2014. He has specialized in Interventional Electrophysiology in the United Kingdom (Dorset Heart Centre - Royal Bournemouth Hospital, UK) under a scholarship from the Hellenic Cardiological Society. Additionally, he holds European certifications in Interventional Electrophysiology level 1 (ECDS level 1) and level 2 (ECES level 2).
