Ο Dr. Δημήτριος Α. Βουγιουκλάκης, MD, PhD, είναι Γενικός Χειρουργός της Κλινικής Γενικής, Λαπαροσκοπικής, Βαριατρικής και Ρομποτικής Χειρουργικής και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελοκήπους. Γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε στον Πειραιά και κατάγεται από τη Λάγια της Μάνης. Αποφοίτησε από την Ιωνίδειο Πρότυπο Σχολή Πειραιά και, κατόπιν Πανελλαδικών Εξετάσεων, εισήχθη στην Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών και στη Στρατιωτική Σχολή Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων (ΣΣΑΣ) Θεσσαλονίκης, από όπου αποφοίτησε το 1985 ως Ανθυποσμηναγός Ιατρός. Το 2021 ανέλαβε καθήκοντα Υποδιοικητή και Διευθυντή Ιατρικού Προσωπικού του 251 ΓΝΑ με τον βαθμό του Ταξιάρχου, ενώ το 2023 ορίστηκε Πρόεδρος της Ανωτάτης Υγειονομικής Επιτροπής Κρίσεων της Πολεμικής Αεροπορίας.
