Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται τα 3 πανελλαδικής εμβέλειας που παρακολούθησαν πάνω από 4000 άτομα “Health and Fitness Experts Digital Meeting I II III 2020-2023.

Είναι πιστοποιημένη ως : Υγειονομικός Βοηθός Γωνίας (Cutting School) και κάτοχος αναγνωρισμένου διπλώματος Thai massage από το Υπουργείο Παιδείας της Ταϊλάνδης και το Thai massage school of Chang Mai.

Είναι μέλος: του Πανελληνίου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών της Ελληνικής Επιστημονικής Εταιρείας και της Bulgarian Association of Physiotherapists.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου N.S.A με ειδικότητα φυσικοθεραπείας, βαθμό κλινικής πρακτικής άριστα και θέμα διπλωματικής εργασίας : " κινησιοθεραπεία μετά από μηχανική βλάβη του περονιαίου νεύρου" στην οποία αρίστευσε.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Rodopoulos Georgios is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Ilioupoli. He is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a graduate of the same institution. He specializes in sports injuries, arthroscopic surgery of the knee, ankle, shoulder, and elbow, as well as reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee. Nikolopoulos Aleksandros MD is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist - Sports Medicine Specialist with a private practice in Daphne. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Thessaly. He specialized at the General Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Karditsa and subsequently moved to Germany, where he continued his specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology at one of the largest orthopedic clinics in the country, St. Anna Hospital, Herne. For two football seasons, he served as the Sports Medicine Physician for the youth football academies of Schalke 04 e.V., accompanying the teams to home and away matches, gaining significant experience in the management of sports injuries. He worked at the distinguished University Hospital of Bochum, St Josef Hospital - Universitätsklinikum der Ruhr Universität Bochum, where he obtained the Medical Specialty title in Orthopedics and Traumatology and continued his career there as a Consultant. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous international scientific conferences and seminars, including key topics such as: ultrasonographic neonatal diagnostics according to Graf for early detection of hip dysplasia, specialized traumatology under the auspices of AO Trauma, endoscopic spinal surgery, emergency pre-hospital medicine (Notarzt), pediatric orthopedics, arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery, microsurgery and arthroscopic surgery of the hand, reconstructive knee and hip surgery, among others. Overall, he has acquired substantial experience across the full spectrum of orthopedics and traumatology as well as significant surgical expertise, performing numerous complex surgical procedures in both adults and children. Finally, the physician is a member of the International Traumatology Society AO Trauma (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Osteosynthesefragen) and the Hellenic Osteoporosis Foundation.

Dr. Kormpakis Ioannis is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist. He is the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic at Metropolitan General and the Director of the Upper Limb and Microsurgery Clinic. Kaldis Panagiotis is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Upper Limb Surgery and Reconstructive Microsurgery. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Alongside his private practice in Pallini, he works as Deputy Director in the B' Department of Hand Surgery and Microsurgery at Hygeia Hospital, where he manages complex hand and shoulder injuries. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and, after completing his specialty training at the Attikon General Hospital KAT, specialized in the surgical management of sports injuries and degenerative hip and knee disorders, completing a fellowship program at the University Hospital of Leeds in the United Kingdom, recognized by the Royal College of Surgeons (RCS). Dr Penteridis Ioannis is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Pediatric Orthopedist, maintaining a private practice in Oraiokastro. He holds a PhD in Medicine from the "Victor Babes" Medical University. He possesses extensive training and experience, having worked in numerous clinics across the country. Alongside his private practice, he serves as an Orthopedic Surgeon in the infrastructure departments of the PAOK team, at the Medical Diavalkaniko of Thessaloniki, and other private clinics with which he collaborates.

Kazas Christos is a Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon - Traumatologist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. Dimitrakis Nikolaos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon and serves as an Assistant Consultant at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" Voula. He maintains a private practice in Glyfada within MEDIONE. He specialized in the Orthopedic Clinic - Sports Injuries Department at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" Voula, as well as at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia" and the General Children's Hospital "P. & A. Dr. Diakatos Andreas is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli. He was born in Athens. He began his specialty training in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology at the Asklipiio Voulas Hospital. For two years, he trained in Microsurgery at KAT Hospital and for one year in Pediatric Orthopedics at the same hospital. In 2014, he obtained the Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology specialty certification and has been practicing privately since then. He specialized at the University Orthopedic Clinic at KAT Hospital and completed his doctoral dissertation at the Medical School of the University of Athens. He specialized in sports injuries (Sports Injuries Clinic at KAT) and at the Athens Medical Center (under the direction of L. Nikolaou).
