Το Motion Lab είναι ένα σύγχρονο Κέντρο Φυσικοθεραπείας στη Νέα Ιωνία, το οποίο εξειδικεύεται στη φυσικοθεραπεία, την αποκατάσταση τραυματισμών και τη λειτουργική επανεκπαίδευση. Προσφέρονται εξατομικευμένα προγράμματα αποκατάστασης για μυοσκελετικά προβλήματα, με στόχο τη μείωση του πόνου και τη βελτίωση της κινητικότητας και της ποιότητας ζωής. Στο Motion Lab εφαρμόζονται σύγχρονες τεχνικές manual therapy, θεραπευτικής άσκησης και λειτουργικής αποκατάστασης, προσαρμοσμένες στις ανάγκες κάθε ασθενούς. Η προσέγγιση βασίζεται σε επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένες μεθόδους φυσικοθεραπείας και στοχεύει στην αντιμετώπιση της αιτίας του προβλήματος. Ως κέντρο φυσικοθεραπείας στην Αθήνα, παρέχεται ένα περιβάλλον εμπιστοσύνης, όπου η λειτουργικότητα, η ασφάλεια και η ευεξία αποκαθίστανται με συνέπεια.

Ο Κουράτορας Αλέξανδρος, επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του Motion Lab, είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας του ΤΕΙ Στερεάς Ελλάδας (νυν Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας) με πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο της αποκατάστασης και της λειτουργικής επανεκπαίδευσης. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Έχει σημαντική εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητισμού, έχοντας συνεργαστεί με αθλητικά σωματεία, κυρίως ποδοσφαιρικές ομάδες, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη τόσο εντός γηπέδου όσο και κατά τη διαδικασία αποκατάστασης τραυματισμών. Τα τελευταία χρόνια δραστηριοποιούταν αποκλειστικά στον τομέα των κατ’ οίκον θεραπειών προσφέροντας εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα με στόχο την ασφαλή και αποτελεσματική αποκατάσταση στο οικείο περιβάλλον του ασθενούς. Έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα εξειδικευμένων σεμιναρίων στον τομέα των μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων και της σύγχρονης φυσικοθεραπευτικής προσέγγισης ενώ έχει εκπαιδευτεί και στο διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο πρόγραμμα πρόληψης πτώσεων για την τρίτη ηλικία, Otago. Επίσης είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών (ΠΣΦ). Η θεραπευτική του προσέγγιση είναι ανθρωποκεντρική και βασίζεται σε τεκμηριωμένες επιστημονικές πρακτικές σύμφωνα με τις σύγχρονες διεθνείς κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες. Στόχος του είναι η ολιστική αντιμετώπιση κάθε περιστατικού με έμφαση στη λειτουργικότητα, την πρόληψη και τη μακροχρόνια ευεξία του ασθενούς. Ως επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του κέντρου διασφαλίζει την υψηλή ποιότητα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών καθοδηγώντας την ομάδα φυσικοθεραπευτών με βάση σύγχρονες, τεκμηριωμένες πρακτικές. Μέσα από συνεχή εκπαίδευση, συνεργασία και εξατομικευμένη προσέγγιση κάθε περιστατικού συμβάλλει στη δημιουργία ενός αξιόπιστου και αποτελεσματικού περιβάλλοντος αποκατάστασης με κοινό στόχο τη βέλτιστη φροντίδα και αποκατάσταση των ασθενών.

Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται τα 3 πανελλαδικής εμβέλειας που παρακολούθησαν πάνω από 4000 άτομα “Health and Fitness Experts Digital Meeting I II III 2020-2023.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Maria Vlaxou is an orthopedic surgeon who maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli and concurrently holds the position of attending physician in the pediatric orthopedic clinic at Metropolitan Hospital.

Dr. Vlaxou was admitted to the medical school of the University of Patras in 2008 and graduated in 2014. Immediately thereafter, she worked for one year at the Corinth Hospital, where she was trained in the reception and management of polytrauma patients. From November 2015, she worked in the orthopedic oncology clinic at "Agios Savvas" Hospital, participating in major oncological surgeries and monitoring oncology patients. From June 2016 to 2023, she worked at General Hospital Georgios Gennimatas in the First Orthopedic Clinic, gaining experience in orthopedic trauma, arthroplasty of major joints, and sports injury rehabilitation. Concurrently, for two years, she completed a rotation in the Second Orthopedic Clinic of the Children's Hospital Agia Sofia, where she was trained in pediatric orthopedic trauma, neonatal hip ultrasound according to Graf, the Ponseti method, and a wide range of other pediatric orthopedic conditions.

Armakolas Nikolaos MD, MSc, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. He holds a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a Master’s Degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" from the same University. Additionally, he is a Scientific Collaborator at the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital of Attica KAT, at the "Hygeia" Clinic in Marousi, and at the private clinic "Leto" in Kalamata, while also collaborating with major clinics such as the Iatriko and Mediterraneo Hospital. At his practice, he provides comprehensive information and appropriate treatment tailored to each patient’s needs, following the most modern techniques. Masount Mamoun is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private practices in Ambelokipi (Gkyzi area) and Nafplio (Head of the Orthopedic Department at IASIS Polyclinic - Argolida).

He is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a postgraduate diploma in metabolic bone diseases from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

He has obtained a specialty title in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology from the 3rd University Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital of Attica KAT. He is specialized in arthroplasty, arthroscopy, traumatology, sports injuries, and surgery of major joints, as well as in osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and fracture healing.

In his private clinic, he manages conditions across the entire spectrum of orthopedics, with a special interest and experience in pediatric orthopedics.

Additionally, he serves as a Scientific Collaborator and surgeon at Metropolitan Hospital, Medical Center Athens Group, and Hospitality Clinic Athens.

Andreas Kanellidis is a Physiotherapist and operates his private Physiotherapy clinic in Kypseli. He manages a wide range of cases, responding to the individualized needs of each patient, while it would be remiss not to mention his specialization in Physiotherapeutic assessment and Rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, as well as Acupuncture.

Makris Xaris is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Orthopedics and maintains a private clinic in Nikaia. He specialized in Orthopedics & Traumatology at the Orthopedic Clinic of the University of Ioannina, where he had previously trained in General Surgery and obtained his Medical degree. Additionally, he was a Clinical Fellow at the Sports Traumatology and Joint Surgery Center of ATOS KLINIK, focusing primarily on knee surgery, ligament injuries, and arthroscopic surgery. Concurrently, he was a Research Fellow at the Immunology Laboratory of Ruprecht-Karls University in Germany, participating in the research program "Quantitative determination of cytokines in the synovial fluid of patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture, as a prognostic factor for the future development of osteoarthritis." Notably, he was the first orthopedic specialist fellow at ATOS KLINIK and Karl Ruprecht University in Germany. Furthermore, he is a founding member of the Hellenic Arthroscopy Society and a member of the Hellenic Society of Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology (HSSOT), the Hellenic Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery (HSRM), the European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA 2000), and the International Cartilage Repair Society (ICRS). Lastly, he has participated in numerous educational scientific conferences and seminars, many of which he attended as an instructor.

Vasileiadis Theofilos is an Orthopedic Surgeon who has maintained a private practice in Petroupoli since 2000. He specializes in traumatology and sports injuries, with particular expertise in lumbar and cervical spine conditions, as well as in arthroplasty and arthroscopy. Additionally, the doctor is a member of the Athens Medical Association.

Mylonas Xrysanthos is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist with private practices in Anavyssos, Lavrio, and Glyfada. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialty in General Surgery at the General State Hospital of Nikaia. Throughout his professional career, he served as a Scientific Collaborator at IKA Lavrio for over 15 years. Currently, in addition to his private practices, he is a Scientific Collaborator at the private hospital Medirerraneo in the Glyfada area. Furthermore, he regularly attends conferences in Greece and abroad covering the entire spectrum of Orthopedics, including topics such as osteoporosis, trauma, surgical arthroplasty, geriatric patients, and bone neoplasms. He also participates in various research projects and presentations both in Greece and internationally.

Kemeridou Aikaterini is a Physiotherapist and the scientific director of the “Viokinisi” Physiotherapy Center in Nea Ionia. She studied Physiotherapy at the Athens Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) and graduated in 1990. She continuously enriches her knowledge by attending conferences and scientific seminars on specialized topics within the field of physiotherapy. She possesses significant experience and specializes particularly in shoulder and knee disorders, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Therapy, acupuncture for the rehabilitation of sports injuries, orthopedic, respiratory, and neurological conditions, postoperative and post-traumatic rehabilitation, among others.

Stefanos Xatzipantelis is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Nikaia. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed his specialty training at the Trauma Rehabilitation Center (KAT Kifisia). There, he handled a large number of General Orthopedic and Trauma cases and specialized in the Microsurgery - Upper Limb department, the Sports Injuries department, and Pediatric Orthopedics. Concurrently with his private practice, he has worked for the past 10 years as a Second Consultant in the Pediatric Orthopedic department of "MITERA" Hospital, and since 2005, he has been a Scientific Collaborator at the "HYGEIA" clinic. Gkliatis Georgios is a qualified Physiotherapist from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He has collaborated with the Military Hospital of Special Diseases 414, the Scientific Society of Therapeutic Riding and Hippotherapy of Greece, the Philoktitis Rehabilitation Center, as well as with the sports clubs G.S. Apollon Smyrnis PAE, O.A. Achilleas K. Acharnon, A.O. Pefkis, and A.O. Iliysiakos. He has participated in advanced training seminars for the diagnosis and classification of low back pain, cerebral palsy, prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, and specialized topics in the rehabilitation of stroke. He possesses extensive clinical experience applying valid and well-founded rehabilitation methods with modern equipment. He provides home physiotherapy treatments to patients within Attica for the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological cases. His aim is a personalized approach with empathy and respect for the individual needs of each patient, with the goal of immediate improvement in their functionality and quality of life.

Panagiotis Papagiannopoulos MD, MSc, F.E.B.O.T. is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Piraeus. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Health Unit Management from the Hellenic Open University. Additionally, he has obtained the title of Fellow of the E.B.O.T. (European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology) following examinations conducted by the European Federation of National Associations of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (E.F.O.R.T.). He has served as an Attending Orthopedic Surgeon at the Vitos Clinic Kassel in Germany and as an Attending Physician at the Sports Injuries Clinic of Metropolitan General. In his private practice, he manages a wide range of cases and provides specialized medical services including, among others, sports injuries, arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder, and minimally invasive hip and knee arthroplasty.

Dr. Kyrilis Xristos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine Surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, as well as endoscopic spinal surgery, and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. He was admitted to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and, after completing his studies and fulfilling his military obligations, he began the general part of his specialty in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the General Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Agrinio. Since 2014, he worked as an Orthopedics and Traumatology resident at the Attica General Hospital KAT, in the 1st Orthopedic Clinic, until September 2019. Dr. Zaxariou Stergios MD is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist, maintaining private practices in Elefsina and Ano Liosia. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed his specialization at the Orthopedic Department of the General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio." Dr. Zaxariou specializes in sports injuries and is a member of the Medical Team of the Olympiacos B.C. Additionally, he specializes in the minimally invasive Surgical Treatment Method for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and stays continuously updated on all developments in Orthopedics through participation in conferences. Prokopi Nikoletta is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "ProkopiPhysio" located in Ampelokipoi. She holds a degree from the Technological Educational Institute of Physiotherapy, a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras, and is a laboratory collaborator at the Department of Physiotherapy of the University of Western Greece. Athanasakopoulos Panagiotis is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Kalamaria. He is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He specialized in the Orthopedic Clinic as well as in the Chronic Diseases and Sports Injuries Unit at the General Hospital Agios Pavlos in Thessaloniki. Myriokefalitakis Emmanouil is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist with a private practice in Peristeri since 2011. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has completed the postgraduate program "Health Unit Management" at the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University. He specialized in Orthopedic Surgery at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and in Pediatric Orthopedics at the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou".
