Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται τα 3 πανελλαδικής εμβέλειας που παρακολούθησαν πάνω από 4000 άτομα “Health and Fitness Experts Digital Meeting I II III 2020-2023.

Είναι πιστοποιημένη ως : Υγειονομικός Βοηθός Γωνίας (Cutting School) και κάτοχος αναγνωρισμένου διπλώματος Thai massage από το Υπουργείο Παιδείας της Ταϊλάνδης και το Thai massage school of Chang Mai.

Είναι μέλος: του Πανελληνίου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών της Ελληνικής Επιστημονικής Εταιρείας και της Bulgarian Association of Physiotherapists.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου N.S.A με ειδικότητα φυσικοθεραπείας, βαθμό κλινικής πρακτικής άριστα και θέμα διπλωματικής εργασίας : " κινησιοθεραπεία μετά από μηχανική βλάβη του περονιαίου νεύρου" στην οποία αρίστευσε.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Kemeridou Aikaterini is a Physiotherapist and the scientific director of the “Viokinisi” Physiotherapy Center in Nea Ionia. She studied Physiotherapy at the Athens Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) and graduated in 1990. She continuously enriches her knowledge by attending conferences and scientific seminars on specialized topics within the field of physiotherapy. She possesses significant experience and specializes particularly in shoulder and knee disorders, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Therapy, acupuncture for the rehabilitation of sports injuries, orthopedic, respiratory, and neurological conditions, postoperative and post-traumatic rehabilitation, among others.

Varvagiannis Konstantinos is a Physiotherapist who conducts home visits. He is a certified physiotherapist specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders with many years of experience in providing personalized therapeutic programs tailored to the needs and goals of each patient. He focuses on the overall improvement of functionality, mobility, and quality of life, utilizing evidence-based practices, modern rehabilitation methods, and continuous professional development. He is distinguished by effective communication, empathy, and his ability to empower patients of all ages through prevention, education, and support in self-managing their symptoms.

Ο Κυριακόπουλος Σταμάτης Dr. είναι Ορθοπαιδικός - Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στη Νέα Φιλοθέη ασκώντας την ειδικότητα της Ορθοπαιδικής για 20 έτη. Ειδικεύτηκε στην Α’ Ορθοπαιδική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αττικής “ΚΑΤ” και έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί στην Ορθοπαιδική Ογκολογία στο Γενικό Ογκολογικό Νοσοκομείο “Οι Άγιοι Ανάργυροι”, στα πλαίσια υποτροφίας από την Ορθοπαιδική εταιρεία ΕΕΧΟΤ. Andreopoulos Asimakis is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist who has maintained his medical practice since 2008 in Ilion, Attica. He has been a Consultant at the 1st Orthopedic Clinic of Metropolitan General since 2008 and a collaborator at the Athens Medical Center in the Peristeri Clinic. He specializes in hip and knee arthroplasties, shoulder and knee arthroscopies, and traumatology. Ο Κωνσταντίνος Μπαρμπαγιάννης είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός - Τραυματιολόγος - Αθλητίατρος , απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και της Στρατιωτικής Σχολής Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων (ΣΣΑΣ). Tsiavos Konstantinos is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in the Acharnes area. In recent years, he has worked as a Consultant in the Spine Surgery Department at "Hygeia" Hospital, specializing in Spine Surgery, Adult Reconstructive Surgery, and Trauma Management. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed his postgraduate studies focusing on metabolic bone diseases and Osteoporosis at the same university. He began his specialization in Orthopedic Surgery as an assistant physician to Professor Mr. Soukakos at the Athens Bioclinic. Subsequently, for approximately six years, he worked as an Orthopedic Surgeon at some of the largest hospitals in Athens, specifically at the University General Hospital "Attikon" and the General Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" (1 year). He has accumulated more than 10 years of experience in Orthopedic Surgery and successfully performs a large number of surgeries daily, focusing on conditions related to the Spine. Απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (2009) και πτυχιούχος Φυσικοθεραπείας του Τεχνολογικού Εξπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Αθηνών, ολοκλήρωσε το 2018 την ειδικότητά του στην Ορθοπαιδική Χειρουργική, εκπαιδευόμενος σε κορυφαία Νοσοκομεία, όπως το Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Ευαγγελισμός" και το Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αττικής ΚΑΤ. Georgios Papadimitriou MD, MSc, FEBOT is an Orthopedic Surgeon, graduate of the Medical School of the University of Crete, and maintains a private practice in Glyfada. He completed his specialization in General Surgery at Corfu General Hospital (2013-2014) and began his specialization in Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology at Chalkida General Hospital (2014–2016). He continued and completed his specialization at KAT General Hospital of Athens (2017-2021), where he gained specialized experience in the surgical management of complex fractures, chronic conditions, and deformities of the upper and lower limbs. Dimitrios Kampras is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Melissia. He is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has specialized in Orthopedic Surgery at the 1st Orthopedic Department of the General Children’s Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and at the corresponding department of the Attica General Hospital KAT.
