He holds a doctoral degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a medical degree from the same institution. He completed his specialty training in Orthopedics at the "Asklepieio" Voula Hospital, "P. & A. Kyriakou" Children's Hospital, and "Agios Savvas" Hospital, followed by a fellowship in the Academic Unit of Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery at Leeds General Infirmary, funded by a scholarship from the Hellenic Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology.
