Εκεί εργάστηκε αρχικά ως ειδικευόμενη ιατρός και απέκτησε άδεια άσκησης ιατρικού επαγγέλματος στη Γερμανία (Approbation). Στη συνέχεια εργάστηκε πλήρους απασχόλησης σε ψυχιατρική και ψυχοθεραπεία, συμμετέχοντας σε εφημερίες και στη διαχείριση οξέων περιστατικών σε κλινική δυναμικότητας 600 κλινών. Κατά την εκπαίδευσή της εξειδικεύτηκε στην σωματική και ψυχολογική απεξάρτηση εξειδικεύτηκε στην ψυχολογία της εξάρτησης και στην ειδική ψυχιατρική, εργάστηκε σε κλειστές και ανοικτές μονάδες αποτοξίνωσης για αλκοόλ, ναρκωτικές ουσίες και τζόγο, συμμετείχε στη θεραπεία συναισθηματικών διαταραχών και ψυχώσεων, απέκτησε εμπειρία στην ιατροδικαστική ψυχιατρική και εκπαιδεύτηκε στη διαχείριση περιστατικών διπλής διάγνωσης. Παράλληλα ανέπτυξε δεξιότητες στη διάγνωση, τη διαφορική διάγνωση και τη θεραπεία ψυχικών διαταραχών, καθώς και στη διαχείριση επειγόντων περιστατικών, αποκτώντας σημαντική εμπειρία.

Αργότερα εργάστηκε στο Essen στην Κλινική Ψυχιατρικής και Ψυχοθεραπείας του νοσοκομείου Philippusstift, όπου συμμετείχε σε κλειστή γέροντοψυχιατρική πτέρυγα και σε μονάδα παρέμβασης κρίσεων, διαχειριζόμενη περιστατικά γενικής ψυχιατρικής και εξαρτήσεων μέσω ατομικής και ομαδικής ψυχοθεραπείας. Ανέλαβε πλήρως την ψυχοθεραπευτική πορεία ασθενών υπό εποπτεία, συνέτασσε ιατρικές εκθέσεις και συμμετείχε ως εμπειρογνώμονας σε δικαστικές διαδικασίες για υποθέσεις ακούσιας νοσηλείας συναναστρεφόμενη μέ εισαγγελεις .Στη συνέχεια ειδικεύτηκε στο Νοσοκομείο Niederberg, πανεπιστημιακό εκπαιδευτικό νοσοκομείο του Duisburg-Essen, όπου αντιμετώπισε ευρύ φάσμα ψυχιατρικών διαταραχών, εφάρμοσε σύγχρονες διαγνωστικές μεθόδους και εκπαιδεύτηκε σε πολλαπλά θεραπευτικά μοντέλα, όπως ψυχαναλυτικά, γνωσιακά-συμπεριφορικά, συστημικά και υποστηρικτικά. Εκεί πραγματοποίησε αυτόνομα κλινικές αξιολογήσεις και θεραπείες, συμμετείχε σε σεμινάρια και ανέπτυξε περαιτέρω την κλινική της εμπειρία στην επείγουσα ψυχιατρική και στη συμβουλευτική διασυνδετική ψυχιατρική. Συνολικά παρακολούθησε πάνω από 45 δίωρα σεμινάρια αναγνωρισμένα από τον ιατρικού σύλλογο του Duesseldorf . Το 2016 εκπαιδεύτηκε στο Ελληνικό Κέντρο Ψυχικής Υγείας και Ερευνών. She graduated from the Department of Psychology at the University of Crete and specialized in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for adults at the Center for Applied Psychotherapy and Counseling in Athens. She is currently completing the postgraduate program “Clinical Mental Health” at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Additionally, she has obtained a certification from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) on the topic of "Self-Improvement and Assertive Behavior".

Regarding her professional experience, she has worked as a psychologist at the NGO “Xenios Zeus” and has also worked in secondary education delivering counseling and group interventions for adolescents and parents. She completed internships at the "Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou" Children's Hospital, at K.E.PSY.SY., and at the Saint Eleftherios Memory Center. Furthermore, in 2023, she served as a member of a special committee for the evaluation of individuals with disabilities applying to the "Personal Assistant" program. She has volunteered as a psychologist for the Hellenic Cancer Society, enriching her professional experience concerning the interaction between psychology and severe physical illnesses. Since 2025, she has been practicing privately and has collaborated externally with the Psychotherapy Center "InnerThrive". She currently maintains a private practice in Korydallos. Finally, her clinical work is supported by systematic supervision.
