In his private practices, he is capable of treating the full spectrum of shoulder conditions using either arthroscopic or open surgical techniques.

Goules Dimitris is an Orthopedic Pathologist - Rheumatologist and maintains private practices in Psychiko, Gyzi, Chalandri, and Ampelokipi. He studied at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he also specialized in Pathology. He completed his doctoral dissertation at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland (USA). He began his specialization in Rheumatology in London. There, he had the opportunity to participate in J. Cyriax's team for the consolidation and dissemination of Orthopedic Pathology and to engage in the biomechanical pathophysiology of the spinal column, the scientific foundation of osteopathy (manipulation), and injection therapy of the joints and spine. He served for five years as Director of the Rheumatology Department at NIEE and currently serves as a scientific collaborator at the University of Athens. He founded the "Low Back Pain and Spinal Column Clinic" at the University of Athens, which he transferred to the private sector under the name "Institute of Neck Pain, Low Back Pain, and Spinal Column," where he focuses on the conservative non-surgical treatment of spinal diseases, the publication of related articles, and the organization of seminars. He is among the first scientists to have internationally documented that conservative treatment can reduce or eliminate the size of intervertebral disc herniation and that paretic sciatica caused by discopathy is no longer an absolute indication for surgery, but can be managed equally well or better conservatively.
