Έχει εξειδίκευση στην Αρθροσκοπική και Ανοικτή Χειρουργική Ώμου και Γόνατος, στις Αθλητικές Κακώσεις, την Επανορθωτική Χειρουργική και στις σύγχρονες συνδυαστικές Βιολογικές θεραπείες. Διαθέτει ιδιαίτερο κλινικό και ερευνητικό ενδιαφέρον στην αντιμετώπιση των παθήσεων του ώμου με σύγχρονες τεχνικές ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας, προηγμένες αρθροσκοπικές μεθόδους και καινοτόμα βιολογικά πρωτόκολλα, με στόχο τη γρήγορη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και τη μακροχρόνια σταθερότητα του ώμου. Το 2018 μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στη Λυών της Γαλλίας σε ένα από τα κορυφαία κέντρα χειρουργικής ώμου παγκοσμίως, το Centre Orthopédique Santy – FIFA Medical Center of Excellence, όπου ολοκλήρωσε το Shoulder Clinical Fellowship. Κατά τη διάρκεια της μετεκπαίδευσής του εργάστηκε επίσης στο Hôpital Privé Jean Mermoz, αποκτώντας πρακτική εμπειρία σε εξειδικευμένες επεμβάσεις ώμου, σύνθετες βλάβες τενοντίου πετάλου, αστάθειες, αντιμετώπιση καταγμάτων και επανορθωτικές τεχνικές αρθροπλαστικής υψηλής δυσκολίας, υπό την καθοδήγηση διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένων χειρουργών. Έχει παρουσιάσει επιστημονικές εργασίες, τεχνικές και κλινικά δεδομένα σε πολυάριθμα συνέδρια στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, συμβάλλοντας στη διάδοση της σύγχρονης αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της ελάχιστα επεμβατικής προσέγγισης στις αθλητικές κακώσεις και στις παθήσεις του ώμου. Επίσης έχει υπάρξει εκπαιδευτής νεότερων Ιατρών στις πιο σύγχρονες χειρουργικές τεχνικές αντιμετώπισης του συνόλου της παθολογίας του ώμου. Από το 2025 κατέχει τη θέση του Υποδιευθυντή της Γ’ Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής του Νοσοκομείου ΥΓΕΙΑ, συμμετέχοντας ενεργά στη λειτουργία της Κλινικής, στην ανάπτυξη θεραπευτικών πρωτοκόλλων και στη διαχείριση σύνθετων περιστατικών. Παράλληλα, αποτελεί μέλος της επιστημονικής ομάδας του Athens Shoulder Institute, συμμετέχοντας: στο Τμήμα Εκπαίδευσης (Education and Training) για την ανάπτυξη και διδασκαλία σύγχρονων τεχνικών χειρουργικής ώμου, στο Τμήμα Οργάνωσης και Κλινικού Έργου, συμβάλλοντας στον συντονισμό, στην παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου κλινικών υπηρεσιών και στην ενιαία στρατηγική του Κέντρου, στο Τμήμα Προβολής και Ενημέρωσης, με στόχο την επιστημονική εξωστρέφεια, τη δημιουργία εκπαιδευτικού υλικού και την αναβάθμιση της παρουσίας του Κέντρου στην ιατρική κοινότητα. Διατηρεί ιατρείο Ελάχιστα Επεμβατικής Χειρουργικής στη Γλυφάδα και το Μαρούσι όπου αντιμετωπίζει εξειδικευμένα παθήσεις ώμου και γόνατος, αθλητικές κακώσεις και σύνθετα ορθοπαιδικά περιστατικά, εφαρμόζοντας εξατομικευμένες, τεκμηριωμένες και βιολογικά ενισχυμένες θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις.

Holargos Physio Center - Fotiadis Panagiotis is located in Holargos. Fotiadis Panagiotis was born in Piraeus and was an athlete in the Drapetsona basketball team, with a preliminary selection in the national team squad. He studied physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Lamia, attended numerous seminars, and specialized in McKenzie and Bobath techniques. He provided his services to sports clubs in the Fthiotida region and subsequently worked in rehabilitation centers, physiotherapy clinics, sports teams, and nursing homes. Since 2013, he has been part of the surgical rehabilitation team of Mr. Papagiannopoulos (a physician for many years of the Olympiacos basketball team, winning 3 European championships) at the Central Clinic of Athens. The clinic's team is updated daily on new developments in the field through medical websites, scientific journals, and continuous participation in seminars and lectures. They manage orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular diseases in adults, as well as specialized strengthening programs for individuals with musculoskeletal problems. They also develop personalized balance and neuromuscular coordination programs for older adults to improve their quality of life and prevent potential falls.
