Το Motion Lab είναι ένα σύγχρονο Κέντρο Φυσικοθεραπείας στη Νέα Ιωνία, το οποίο εξειδικεύεται στη φυσικοθεραπεία, την αποκατάσταση τραυματισμών και τη λειτουργική επανεκπαίδευση. Η προσέγγιση βασίζεται σε επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένες μεθόδους φυσικοθεραπείας και στοχεύει στην αντιμετώπιση της αιτίας του προβλήματος. Ο Κουράτορας Αλέξανδρος, επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του Motion Lab, είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας του ΤΕΙ Στερεάς Ελλάδας (νυν Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας) με πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο της αποκατάστασης και της λειτουργικής επανεκπαίδευσης. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Έχει σημαντική εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητισμού, έχοντας συνεργαστεί με αθλητικά σωματεία, κυρίως ποδοσφαιρικές ομάδες, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη τόσο εντός γηπέδου όσο και κατά τη διαδικασία αποκατάστασης τραυματισμών. Τα τελευταία χρόνια δραστηριοποιούταν αποκλειστικά στον τομέα των κατ’ οίκον θεραπειών προσφέροντας εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα με στόχο την ασφαλή και αποτελεσματική αποκατάσταση στο οικείο περιβάλλον του ασθενούς. Έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα εξειδικευμένων σεμιναρίων στον τομέα των μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων και της σύγχρονης φυσικοθεραπευτικής προσέγγισης ενώ έχει εκπαιδευτεί και στο διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο πρόγραμμα πρόληψης πτώσεων για την τρίτη ηλικία, Otago. Επίσης είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών (ΠΣΦ). Η θεραπευτική του προσέγγιση είναι ανθρωποκεντρική και βασίζεται σε τεκμηριωμένες επιστημονικές πρακτικές σύμφωνα με τις σύγχρονες διεθνείς κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες. Dr. Mparmpounakis Nikolaos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private practices in Marousi within the "Mitera" Hospital, in Salamina, and in Ilisia. He holds a medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Iuliu Hatieganu" and completed a postgraduate program in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized in Orthopedics at the Sports Injuries Department of the 4th Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital "Asklipieio" Voulas and received further training in the Shoulder Disease Clinic at the Istituto Clinico Humanitas in Milan. Additionally, he specialized in sports injuries at the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou" and in the management of Upper Limb and Shoulder disorders at the Microsurgery Clinic of the Attikon General Hospital of Athens KAT. Tzaxrista Eleni is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician and Acupuncturist who maintains her private practice in Marousi and also sees patients in Arta. She studied Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, began her residency in Surgery at the Prefectural Hospital of Arta, and subsequently completed her specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics at Laiko and Elena Venizelou Hospitals in Athens, where she obtained her Specialty Title. She served as the Scientific Director at the Orope Arogi Polyclinic for five years and is affiliated with MITERA and IASO Hospitals in Athens as well as the private clinic EPIKOUROS in Ioannina. Dr. Kyrilis Xristos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine Surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, as well as endoscopic spinal surgery, and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. He was admitted to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and, after completing his studies and fulfilling his military obligations, he began the general part of his specialty in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the General Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Agrinio. Since 2014, he worked as an Orthopedics and Traumatology resident at the Attica General Hospital KAT, in the 1st Orthopedic Clinic, until September 2019. Segredou Markella is a Rehabilitation Physician with specialized training in the application of Medical Acupuncture. She is an instructor at the International Postgraduate Acupuncture Center and the Acupuncture Program of the University of West Attica for healthcare professionals. Since 2006, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Medical Acupuncture Society. Additionally, she has received training in the diagnosis and management of chronic pain in Milan, Italy (4th Montescano EFIC School), and has completed the Continuing Education Program in Algology offered by the Hellenic Algology Society - EFIC, as well as participated in the activities of the Pain Management Clinic at Toronto Western Hospital in Canada. She completed her medical specialty in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Attikon General Hospital of Attica KAT. She was trained in acupuncture application at the International Postgraduate Acupuncture Center (2002 - 2004) and subsequently at the International University of Chinese Medicine in Beijing (2005 and 2007), and has been involved with Medical Acupuncture since 2002. Dr. Kormpakis Ioannis is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist. He is the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic at Metropolitan General and the Director of the Upper Limb and Microsurgery Clinic. Since 2018, he has held a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has specialized training from Washington University in the United States of America in Arthroscopic and Microsurgery of the Upper Limb (Shoulder - Elbow and Hand), Peripheral Nerves - Brachial Plexus as well as Ankle and Foot Surgery. Mitrogiannis Georgios is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Adults and Pediatrics – Sports Medicine Physician, maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. Concurrently, he works as a Consultant in the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic at IASO Children’s Hospital. Ruth Morlas is a physiotherapist and the founder of the private physiotherapy center PhysioFuture in Heraklion, Attica. In her modern and fully equipped facility, she offers personalized, patient-centered treatments tailored to each individual’s specific condition and unique needs. Her therapeutic approach combines manual therapy and osteopathic techniques with therapeutic exercise, aiming for optimal functional recovery and an improved quality of life for her patients.

Loukogiannaki Souzana - Human Kinetics is a Physiotherapist and acupuncture specialist, operating a private physiotherapy and biomedical acupuncture center in Pefki. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and completed a research postgraduate program in Exercise and Quality of Life at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, Democritus University of Thrace. Additionally, she trained in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy using the McKenzie method at the Hellenic McKenzie Institute and obtained certification in the Scenar - Cosmodic method from LET Medical Research Lab in the United Kingdom. Dr. Poullas Skeuos is a Neurosurgeon specializing in spinal pathology, founder of the Advanced Spinal Care Clinic – a center of excellence for spinal disorders, with over 20 years of medical experience and research in the application of new neurosurgical techniques.
