Kouvatsos Filippos  is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who runs a private dietetics office in Koropi and Dafni. Daskalakis Aleksandros is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has been running a private dietetic practice since 2020, following a patient-centered approach aimed at achieving realistic client goals with high success rates. He graduated from the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom. He extended his studies by pursuing a postgraduate degree at Bolton University in nutrigenetic analysis and genetic testing. He has worked in a clinical setting (Errikos Dynan Hospital) and has previously served for several years as a Chef and technical consultant for leading food companies in the sector, possessing advanced knowledge of food science. He collaborates with the company iDNA Genomics, focusing on genetic testing and nutrigenomics, responding to clinical cases and, following thorough analysis, providing specialized interventions tailored to the needs of each client. He maintains close collaborative relationships with top athletes in calisthenic gymnastics, Cross Training, and marathon runners, while he himself has completed two marathons and practices calisthenic exercise. He is a shareholder in his own top nutrition software, which is already available on the market for dietitians. He continues to train and develop continuously, keeping up with current advancements to remain informed on nutritional science research.

Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

As part of lifelong learning, she attended seminars related to the latest scientific data on nutrition as well as specialized training programs, such as the Clinical Nutrition program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (K.E.A.D.D), and the "Counseling and Communication Skills for Dietitians" and "Beyond the Limits of Dieting" programs at the Center for Mental Applications (KE.PSY.EF.), aiming for a holistic approach to each individual.

Additionally, she worked in a pharmacy for six years, which gave her the opportunity to work closely with individuals experiencing health issues related to nutrition, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, elevated uric acid, diabetes mellitus, gastroesophageal reflux disease, among others.

Marina Mougkridou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has operated a private dietetic practice in Voula since 2001. She studied at the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and holds a Master of Science degree in Health Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. She has collaborated with the General Hospital of Athens G. Gennimatas, the Children's Hospital Agia Sofia, the Athenian Clinic, and the Athens Colorectal Group, as well as with a chain of gyms in Athens. She has extensively focused on childhood obesity and oxidative stress, and in 2012 conducted research on the social determinants influencing adolescents' dietary choices. She is a member of the European Health Psychology Society and the Panhellenic Dietetic Association. She has participated as a speaker at scientific conferences and in public informational campaigns on nutrition topics. Additionally, she coordinates nutritional education programs for children in municipalities and schools and regularly contributes articles to general and medical interest magazines. In her private practice, she provides personalized dietary recommendations to children and adults with weight management issues, eating disorders, metabolic diseases, and conditions requiring nutritional monitoring.
