Marikou Foteini is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist MSc, graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition at Harokopio University and holder of a Master's Degree from the Medical School of Athens titled "Pathology of Pregnancy - High Risk Pregnancy." As part of her undergraduate program, she completed internships at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, a private dietetic office, and a food industry company. Subsequently, she collaborated for several years with NGOs, where she provided voluntary nutritional support to cancer patients during and after anticancer treatments. Simultaneously, she has served as head dietitian - nutritionist in a large gym chain. She has been evaluating private cases since 2018, specializing in nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in cases of eating disorders and clinical conditions such as hypercholesterolemia, diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, and specialized clinical conditions. Moreover, she continuously updates and actively follows the latest developments in the field of Nutrition and Health through educational seminars, conferences, and workshops. Vampouli Eleni - Anna and Associates are Dietitians - Nutritionists based in Zografou. Vampouli Eleni - Anna graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (International Hellenic University) in 2013. During her undergraduate studies, she completed a clinical nutrition internship at the Pediatric Hospital "Agia Sofia". Additionally, she conducted her thesis at the Diabetology Center of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens, focusing on the nutritional education of children and adolescents with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. In 2014, she graduated with honors from Glasgow Caledonian University, earning a master's degree in clinical nutrition (pathological conditions) titled "MSc Clinical Nutrition and Health". Subsequently, she worked at the same university as a teaching assistant for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as a scientific collaborator on research projects. In 2016, she returned to Greece and worked as a scientific collaborator for the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University until 2020, participating in national and international research projects. Since 2017, she has provided home dietitian services in various areas of Athens. In 2018, she successfully completed the "Dietary Management and the Low FODMAP Diet in IBS" program at King’s College London, which pertains to the nutritional therapy of patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She has presented the results of her research at international conferences. She is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians - Nutritionists Association (EDDE).

Prelorentzou Tzortzia Nutriscience is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of Harokopio University. She is a scientific collaborator of Dr. Spyridon Kanellakis and works at the Nutriscience dietetic center. She has dealt with numerous cases covering the entire spectrum of dietetics and nutrition, while also engaging in research. The center provides comprehensive nutritional assessment, body composition analysis, basal metabolic rate measurement, and designs individualized nutrition programs that support both physiological and pathological conditions. Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Katerina Xrysoulaki is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, BSc, MSc, and she operates a private practice (Thought for food) in Exarchia, where she provides personalized nutrition services. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens and possesses a bachelor's and master's degree (BSc - MSc) in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the Agricultural University of Athens. Furthermore, she holds a "Master Practitioner" certification in Eating Disorders and Obesity from KEADD in collaboration with NCFED of the UK. She completed her internship at selected nutrition centers, as well as at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," gaining valuable experience in clinical and preventive settings. Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Mat Nutrition - Matatsi Euaggelia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains her private practice in Edessa and also holds appointments in Athens, in the area of Dafni. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and completed her internship at the University General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," where she gained experience with clinical cases as well as in the areas of breastfeeding and nutrition during pregnancy. Additionally, she successfully completed the Specialization Program in Eating Disorders and Obesity (Master Practitioner Programme in Eating Disorders & Obesity) at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD), under the auspices of the National Center for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). Since then and up to the present, she has been actively involved in the field of nutrition, delivering educational presentations on nutritional education to groups of children and sports clubs primarily in the Edessa area. Since 2019, she has maintained her private practice "maΤ.Nutrition" in Edessa, and from 2025 she also holds appointments in Athens. Ms. Matatsi believes that balanced nutrition is a lifestyle change and not simply a “magic” solution that will make you thin or muscular. Kouvatsos Filippos  is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who runs a private dietetics office in Koropi and Dafni. Additionally, he is a scientific associate at the MTS Alternative Therapy Center in Lamia and the Nutrition Center of the Municipality of Paleou Faliro. She also provides remote consultations across Greece (Syros, Thiva, Crete, Volos, Lamia) and internationally (Cyprus, USA, Dubai, Germany).

He studied Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and has been trained in Western and Chinese herbal medicine, Hippocratic nutrition, and acupuncture at the Academy of Ancient Greek and Chinese Medicine. Furthermore, he has given presentations at educational seminars and has worked as a scientific associate for FAGE and Thermes Spa.
