Sotiropoulou Lida is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Patissia. She studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, from which she graduated in 2018. In 2021, she completed the postgraduate program "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with distinction ("Excellent"). Her thesis was titled "Stress management, the establishment of healthy behaviors, and their impact on heart rate variability and biological age." She has attended the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens training program on Eating Disorders. She collaborates with Alterlife gyms. She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists, the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists, and I.N.A.K.E.N.

Vasilis Krampokoukis, MSc, is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Kato Patissia. His goal is to promote health and achieve balanced nutrition. Personalized nutrition programs, scientifically supported advice, and support for healthy weight loss, specific conditions, and quality of life improvement are provided.

I am a graduate of the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Thessaloniki Technological Educational Institute (BSc), with postgraduate studies (MSc) in Nutrition & Public Health from the University of Westminster, London.

During the early years of my professional career, I worked on promoting healthy eating through the 5 A DAY program in local communities and schools in London.

Subsequently, I worked as a Nutrition Consultant for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and toddlers for the British NGO Save the Children. Later, I participated in the National Feeding & Healthy Eating Promotion Program implemented by the Prolepsis organization in schools located in socially vulnerable areas of Athens.

I have contributed to 2 Scientific Publications focusing on "Regional Differences in Underweight, Overweight & Obese Children aged 13 in Greece" and "Diet Quality in Overweight Children in Greece compared to the Weekly Allowance from their Families."

Both publications are indexed in the scientific journal PubMed.

In November 2021, I collaborated with WWF Greece and the Eat4Change program with the primary objective of promoting sustainable and responsible nutrition.

Terzi Irini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has a private office in Ambelokipi. In 2010 she graduated from the Chemistry Department of the University of Crete, while in 2015 she continued her studies at Harokopeion University, in the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition, from which she graduated in 2019. Her internship took place at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko", as well as at the Anti-Cancer - Oncology Hospital of Athens "Agios Savas". Her love for Dietetics and Nutrition led her to attend the Master's degree program of Harokopio University with a specialization in "Nutrition & Exercise". During her studies she carried out her undergraduate and postgraduate thesis at the Laboratory of Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology of Humans and Microorganisms (E.B.BI.F.A.M.) of Harokopio University, on the human intestinal microbiota, a relatively new field that has begun to engage the scientific community and has yielded many interesting results. Also, the dietitian has specialised and has particular expertise in Sports Nutrition, Nutritional Counselling and Obesity, as well as in Metabolism. During her studies, both as a Chemist and as a Dietitian, she actively participated in laboratory studies and as a result, she has accumulated scientific publications, abstracts in scientific journals as well as conference presentations. Finally, she is a member of the Sports Nutrition Specialist Group of the Panhellenic Association of Dietetics Nutrition, as well as of the Hellenic Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (GrESPEN).

Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Xoutopoulos Dimitrios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains his dietetic practice in Kaisariani. He is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and holds a master's degree from the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly, with a thesis on "Nutrition in Health and Disease." His practical training was completed in the dietetic department of the "Paediatric Agia Sofia" hospital, where he provided nutritional counseling to parents of children suffering from various metabolic diseases and autoimmune disorders, the most prominent of which are diabetes, celiac disease, and cystic fibrosis. His passion for education in the field of nutrition led him to attend numerous conferences/seminars, the most significant being "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" from the Ergometric Center for Nutrition and Exercise "Peak Performance." He also obtained additional certifications in Sports Nutrition, basic principles of Nutrition and Dietetics, seminars on the accurate diagnosis of hematological tests, as well as training in managing various autoimmune symptoms. Finally, the primary goal of the center is to offer prevention and treatment services, as well as to contribute decisively to improving the quality of life for individuals of all ages through specialized programs and the reliable advice of the dietitian - nutritionist.

Mat Nutrition - Matatsi Euaggelia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains her private practice in Edessa and also holds appointments in Athens, in the area of Dafni. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and completed her internship at the University General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," where she gained experience with clinical cases as well as in the areas of breastfeeding and nutrition during pregnancy. Additionally, she successfully completed the Specialization Program in Eating Disorders and Obesity (Master Practitioner Programme in Eating Disorders & Obesity) at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD), under the auspices of the National Center for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). She attended the training seminar: "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" by the scientific team of the Ergometric Center for Nutrition & Exercise "Peak Performance," as well as the Educational Seminar "FODMAP Diet Regimen" by the scientific team of epimorfosi.eu. Since then and up to the present, she has been actively involved in the field of nutrition, delivering educational presentations on nutritional education to groups of children and sports clubs primarily in the Edessa area. Since 2019, she has maintained her private practice "maΤ.Nutrition" in Edessa, and from 2025 she also holds appointments in Athens. Ms. Matatsi believes that balanced nutrition is a lifestyle change and not simply a “magic” solution that will make you thin or muscular. Kouvatsos Filippos  is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who runs a private dietetics office in Koropi and Dafni. Additionally, he is a scientific associate at the MTS Alternative Therapy Center in Lamia and the Nutrition Center of the Municipality of Paleou Faliro. She also provides remote consultations across Greece (Syros, Thiva, Crete, Volos, Lamia) and internationally (Cyprus, USA, Dubai, Germany).

He studied Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and has been trained in Western and Chinese herbal medicine, Hippocratic nutrition, and acupuncture at the Academy of Ancient Greek and Chinese Medicine. Furthermore, he has given presentations at educational seminars and has worked as a scientific associate for FAGE and Thermes Spa.
