Το Nutrimed Ζωγράφου - Παξιμαδάς Χρήστος εδρεύει στη περιοχή του Ζωγράφου. Ο Παξιμαδάς Χρήστος MSc είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνος του Nutrimed Ζωγράφου. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στο τμήμα "Επιστήμης Τροφίμων και Διατροφής του Ανθρώπου" του Γεωπονικού Πανεπιστημίου, με ειδίκευση στην "Διατροφή του Ανθρώπου, Δημόσια Υγεία και Πολιτικές" και κατέχει πτυχίο διαιτολόγου - διατροφολόγου του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Επίσης, η πρακτική του άσκηση πραγματοποιήθηκε σε Νοσοκομεία της Αθήνας όπως το Νοσοκομείο "Αγία Όλγα", το Παίδων "Αγία Σοφία", το "Θριάσιο", το "Σωτηρία" και το "Αλεξάνδρα", όπου ειδικεύτηκε πάνω σε κλινικά νοσήματα, ενώ μέχρι το 2021 εργαζόταν στην Ευρωκλινική Αθηνών. Το 2021 διορίστηκε στο ΓΝΑ 417 ΝΙΜΤΣ όπου εργάζεται μέχρι και σήμερα. Ακόμα, έχει παρακολουθήσει και παρακολουθεί πλήθος συνεδρίων, σεμιναρίων και ημερίδων που σχετίζονται με τη διατροφή, ενώ έχει εργαστεί σε αθλητικά σωματεία ποδοσφαίρου και μπάσκετ. Τέλος, από το 2015 εως το 2021 διετέλεσε ταμίας του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων και από το 2022 έως σήμερα Γενικός Γραμματέας.

Η Αθηνά Φλώρου είναι συνεργάτιδα του κου Παξιμαδά στο Nutrimed Ζωγράφου. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών το 2022, ολοκληρώνοντας με επιτυχία τις προπτυχιακές της σπουδές. Κατά τη διάρκεια της πρακτικής της άσκησης στο 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αεροπορίας, απέκτησε πολύτιμες γνώσεις και εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη θρέψης, τον σχεδιασμό

εξατομικευμένων διαιτολογίων, τη διατροφική συμβουλευτική και την αξιολόγηση της θρεπτικής κατάστασης των ασθενών. Συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο University College London (UCL), όπου απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές και Κλινική Διατροφή με βαθμό άριστα. Στο πλαίσιο της μεταπτυχιακής της εκπαίδευσης, εργάστηκε στο St Ann’s Hospital/Eating Disorder Service, συμβάλλοντας σημαντικά στην αποκατάσταση ασθενών με διατροφικές διαταραχές. Δημιουργούσε εξειδικευμένα διατροφικά προγράμματα και συνεργαζόταν στενά με την ιατρική και θεραπευτική ομάδα του νοσοκομείου για την ολιστική προσέγγιση της αποκατάστασης των ασθενών. Η Αθηνά είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων-Διατροφολόγων (ΠΣΔΔ), της European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN) και του Association for Nutrition (AfN) της Αγγλίας. Έχει επίσης εργαστεί για 3 χρόνια σε διαιτολογικά γραφεία, όπου απέκτησε ουσιαστική εμπειρία στη διαχείριση διατροφικών αναγκών, στον σχεδιασμό εξατομικευμένων διατροφικών πλάνων και στη διατροφική υποστήριξη ατόμων με διάφορους ιατρικούς και διατροφικούς στόχους.

Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. He also holds a certification in the program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) titled "Stress Management and Health." He collaborates with psychologist - child psychologist Alexandra Kappatou as the head of the Dietetics Department. He has taught the course of Sports Nutrition for 2 years in the postgraduate program at the Scientific College of Greece (SCG) and has experience working in a private dietetic office. He is a co-creator and co-administrator of the dietitians’ group “Food for ... Nutrition.” Together, you will create a personalized intervention based on your unique needs and characteristics, aiming to achieve your goals without deprivation, hunger, or restrictions. Deuteraios Themistoklis is a Dietitian - Nutritionist operating a private practice in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly and a master's degree specializing in Clinical Nutrition from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Thessaly. Previously, he has collaborated with various public and private hospitals in Athens as part of scientific research on "Complementary and alternative therapies in hemodialysis and their interaction with dietary management," as well as with local football sports clubs in the Attica region. Furthermore, he has worked at a dietetic clinic in Athens, serves as an instructor at public IEKs (Vocational Training Institutes) in Kifisia and Agioi Anargyroi, and teaches courses in dietetics, food technology, and beverage control. He has attended numerous seminars to further his expertise in the field and contributes articles to the scientific website Psycholozin. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.

I am a graduate of the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Thessaloniki Technological Educational Institute (BSc), with postgraduate studies (MSc) in Nutrition & Public Health from the University of Westminster, London.

During the early years of my professional career, I worked on promoting healthy eating through the 5 A DAY program in local communities and schools in London.

Subsequently, I worked as a Nutrition Consultant for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and toddlers for the British NGO Save the Children. Later, I participated in the National Feeding & Healthy Eating Promotion Program implemented by the Prolepsis organization in schools located in socially vulnerable areas of Athens.

I have contributed to 2 Scientific Publications focusing on "Regional Differences in Underweight, Overweight & Obese Children aged 13 in Greece" and "Diet Quality in Overweight Children in Greece compared to the Weekly Allowance from their Families."

Both publications are indexed in the scientific journal PubMed.

In November 2021, I collaborated with WWF Greece and the Eat4Change program with the primary objective of promoting sustainable and responsible nutrition.

Kouvatsos Filippos  is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who runs a private dietetics office in Koropi and Dafni. Additionally, he is a scientific associate at the MTS Alternative Therapy Center in Lamia and the Nutrition Center of the Municipality of Paleou Faliro. She also provides remote consultations across Greece (Syros, Thiva, Crete, Volos, Lamia) and internationally (Cyprus, USA, Dubai, Germany).

He studied Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and has been trained in Western and Chinese herbal medicine, Hippocratic nutrition, and acupuncture at the Academy of Ancient Greek and Chinese Medicine. Furthermore, he has given presentations at educational seminars and has worked as a scientific associate for FAGE and Thermes Spa.

Mat Nutrition - Matatsi Euaggelia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains her private practice in Edessa and also holds appointments in Athens, in the area of Dafni. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and completed her internship at the University General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," where she gained experience with clinical cases as well as in the areas of breastfeeding and nutrition during pregnancy. Additionally, she successfully completed the Specialization Program in Eating Disorders and Obesity (Master Practitioner Programme in Eating Disorders & Obesity) at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD), under the auspices of the National Center for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). She attended the training seminar: "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" by the scientific team of the Ergometric Center for Nutrition & Exercise "Peak Performance," as well as the Educational Seminar "FODMAP Diet Regimen" by the scientific team of epimorfosi.eu. Since then and up to the present, she has been actively involved in the field of nutrition, delivering educational presentations on nutritional education to groups of children and sports clubs primarily in the Edessa area. Since 2019, she has maintained her private practice "maΤ.Nutrition" in Edessa, and from 2025 she also holds appointments in Athens. Ms. Matatsi believes that balanced nutrition is a lifestyle change and not simply a “magic” solution that will make you thin or muscular. Every individual is unique, and only when they find what suits them will they be able to achieve their goal. Nutritional education is the key to a healthy mind and body.
