Kleiasios Panagiotis - Nutriedition is a Clinical Dietitian-Nutritionist with the private dietetics and metabolism center Nutriedition in Ilisia. He holds a master's degree in applied dietetics with a specialization in nutrition and exercise from Harokopio University of Athens and a degree in dietetics-nutrition from the same university. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στο τμήμα "Επιστήμης Τροφίμων και Διατροφής του Ανθρώπου" του Γεωπονικού Πανεπιστημίου, με ειδίκευση στην "Διατροφή του Ανθρώπου, Δημόσια Υγεία και Πολιτικές" και κατέχει πτυχίο διαιτολόγου - διατροφολόγου του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Ακόμα, έχει παρακολουθήσει και παρακολουθεί πλήθος συνεδρίων, σεμιναρίων και ημερίδων που σχετίζονται με τη διατροφή, ενώ έχει εργαστεί σε αθλητικά σωματεία ποδοσφαίρου και μπάσκετ. Τέλος, από το 2015 εως το 2021 διετέλεσε ταμίας του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων και από το 2022 έως σήμερα Γενικός Γραμματέας.

Η Αθηνά Φλώρου είναι συνεργάτιδα του κου Παξιμαδά στο Nutrimed Ζωγράφου. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών το 2022, ολοκληρώνοντας με επιτυχία τις προπτυχιακές της σπουδές. Κατά τη διάρκεια της πρακτικής της άσκησης στο 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αεροπορίας, απέκτησε πολύτιμες γνώσεις και εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη θρέψης, τον σχεδιασμό

εξατομικευμένων διαιτολογίων, τη διατροφική συμβουλευτική και την αξιολόγηση της θρεπτικής κατάστασης των ασθενών. Συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο University College London (UCL), όπου απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές και Κλινική Διατροφή με βαθμό άριστα. Στο πλαίσιο της μεταπτυχιακής της εκπαίδευσης, εργάστηκε στο St Ann’s Hospital/Eating Disorder Service, συμβάλλοντας σημαντικά στην αποκατάσταση ασθενών με διατροφικές διαταραχές. Δημιουργούσε εξειδικευμένα διατροφικά προγράμματα και συνεργαζόταν στενά με την ιατρική και θεραπευτική ομάδα του νοσοκομείου για την ολιστική προσέγγιση της αποκατάστασης των ασθενών. Vampouli Eleni - Anna and Associates are Dietitians - Nutritionists based in Zografou. Vampouli Eleni - Anna graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (International Hellenic University) in 2013. During her undergraduate studies, she completed a clinical nutrition internship at the Pediatric Hospital "Agia Sofia". Additionally, she conducted her thesis at the Diabetology Center of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens, focusing on the nutritional education of children and adolescents with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. In 2014, she graduated with honors from Glasgow Caledonian University, earning a master's degree in clinical nutrition (pathological conditions) titled "MSc Clinical Nutrition and Health". Subsequently, she worked at the same university as a teaching assistant for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as a scientific collaborator on research projects. In 2016, she returned to Greece and worked as a scientific collaborator for the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University until 2020, participating in national and international research projects. Since 2017, she has provided home dietitian services in various areas of Athens. In 2018, she successfully completed the "Dietary Management and the Low FODMAP Diet in IBS" program at King’s College London, which pertains to the nutritional therapy of patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She has presented the results of her research at international conferences. She is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians - Nutritionists Association (EDDE).

Draganidaki Loukia is a Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist with a professional practice license and has maintained a private practice near Pedion tou Areos since 2016. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. In 2017, she completed postgraduate studies at the University of the Aegean in the field of Life Coaching & Mentoring. She holds a specialization in Eating Disorders and Childhood Obesity from the National Center for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and has received clinical nutrition training at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietetic Association and an external collaborator of the Hellenic Society for Multiple Sclerosis. Furthermore, she continuously participates in seminars and conferences to stay informed about developments in her field.

I am a graduate of the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Thessaloniki Technological Educational Institute (BSc), with postgraduate studies (MSc) in Nutrition & Public Health from the University of Westminster, London.

During the early years of my professional career, I worked on promoting healthy eating through the 5 A DAY program in local communities and schools in London.

Subsequently, I worked as a Nutrition Consultant for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and toddlers for the British NGO Save the Children. Later, I participated in the National Feeding & Healthy Eating Promotion Program implemented by the Prolepsis organization in schools located in socially vulnerable areas of Athens.

I have contributed to 2 Scientific Publications focusing on "Regional Differences in Underweight, Overweight & Obese Children aged 13 in Greece" and "Diet Quality in Overweight Children in Greece compared to the Weekly Allowance from their Families."

Both publications are indexed in the scientific journal PubMed.

In November 2021, I collaborated with WWF Greece and the Eat4Change program with the primary objective of promoting sustainable and responsible nutrition.

Katerina Xrysoulaki is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, BSc, MSc, and she operates a private practice (Thought for food) in Exarchia, where she provides personalized nutrition services. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens and possesses a bachelor's and master's degree (BSc - MSc) in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the Agricultural University of Athens. Furthermore, she holds a "Master Practitioner" certification in Eating Disorders and Obesity from KEADD in collaboration with NCFED of the UK. She completed her internship at selected nutrition centers, as well as at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," gaining valuable experience in clinical and preventive settings. She continuously attends specialized seminars and educational programs, staying updated on the latest developments in Nutrition Science, clinical practice, and nutritional behavior. Her primary goal is to help people feel better and improve their lifestyle through nutrition. Based on scientific data, each program is tailored to the needs, daily routine, and lifestyle of each individual. Change does not come through restrictions but through conscious choices that respect the body and the needs of each person.

Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Xoutopoulos Dimitrios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains his dietetic practice in Kaisariani. He is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and holds a master's degree from the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly, with a thesis on "Nutrition in Health and Disease." His practical training was completed in the dietetic department of the "Paediatric Agia Sofia" hospital, where he provided nutritional counseling to parents of children suffering from various metabolic diseases and autoimmune disorders, the most prominent of which are diabetes, celiac disease, and cystic fibrosis. His passion for education in the field of nutrition led him to attend numerous conferences/seminars, the most significant being "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" from the Ergometric Center for Nutrition and Exercise "Peak Performance." He also obtained additional certifications in Sports Nutrition, basic principles of Nutrition and Dietetics, seminars on the accurate diagnosis of hematological tests, as well as training in managing various autoimmune symptoms. Finally, the primary goal of the center is to offer prevention and treatment services, as well as to contribute decisively to improving the quality of life for individuals of all ages through specialized programs and the reliable advice of the dietitian - nutritionist.

Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. He also holds a certification in the program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) titled "Stress Management and Health." He collaborates with psychologist - child psychologist Alexandra Kappatou as the head of the Dietetics Department. He has taught the course of Sports Nutrition for 2 years in the postgraduate program at the Scientific College of Greece (SCG) and has experience working in a private dietetic office.
