Stefanakis Lykourgos is a Dietitian-Nutritionist with a private office in Chalandri. He holds a degree in Applied Dietetics from Canterbury Christ Church University and is an accredited member with ISAK level 1, after completing the educational program of the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry, focusing on Anthropometry. He completed his internship at the Metabolic Self-Regulation and Wellness Center "Homeostasis S.A." He has also attended the specialized program "Sports Nutrition Specialist" by the Academy of Sports Nutrition and is a Scientific Collaborator at Exodos Fitness, where he provides dietary services to athletes. At his private office, Mr. Stefanakis offers a holistic approach to nutrition, combining scientific knowledge with personal interaction. By thoroughly studying the needs of each individual, he designs personalized nutrition programs based on the principles of balanced nutrition.

Koufaki Maria is an award-winning clinical dietitian-nutritionist who has maintained a private practice in Marousi since 2006. She graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, UK, where she successfully completed her studies as a clinical dietitian-nutritionist. In 2004, she continued her education at the University of Bristol, England, where she specialized with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition, Exercise, and Public Health, graduating with honors and distinction for outstanding academic performance. She has accumulated over 20 years of dietetic experience and has operated her private clinic in Marousi since 2006. Additionally, she has collaborated with the private hospital "Hygeia", with hospitals in the United Kingdom, and serves as the director of the DietMet nutrition center, where she conducts individual sessions with her clients. She has worked on nutritional support for individuals with special needs at the "Athena" Boarding House of the Society for Psychosocial Development and Psychotherapy, and has also served as the lead dietitian for the Municipality of Marousi in the European program "Paidiatrofi Epode," aimed at preventing childhood obesity. In recent years, she has focused on the practice of mindful eating, emphasizing the psychological management of obesity and binge eating disorder through proper education on balanced nutrition and the use of a non-restrictive approach. Her interests focus on the prevention and treatment of obesity and clinical conditions, the psychology of eating behavior, and the application of motivational therapy and mindful eating aimed at the permanent change of dietary habits.

Η Εύα Καρανίκκη είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου, από το οποίο αποφοίτησε με υποτροφία. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα από το 2017, διαθέτοντας σημαντική εμπειρία τόσο σε κλινικό όσο και σε ιδιωτικό επίπεδο.

Είναι αριστούχος του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος ΕΚΠΑ στη Νεοπλασματική Νόσο, ενώ είναι υποψήφια διδάκτωρ στο ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο με αντικείμενο τη θρεπτική υποστήριξη χειρουργικών ασθενών με καρκίνο γαστρεντερικού συστήματος. Παράλληλα, ασχολείται κλινικά και ερευνητικά με την παχυσαρκία και τη βαριατρική χειρουργική.

Έχει πέντε χρόνια εμπειρία ως διαιτολόγος σε Γενικό Νοσοκομείο της Αθήνας, με πλήθος σύνθετων περιστατικών.

Έχει ιδιαίτερη κλινική εμπειρία σε χειρουργικούς ασθενείς, ογκολογικούς, σε ασθενείς που ταλαιπωρούνται από υπερβαρότητα ή παχυσαρκία , σε ασθενείς με ΙΦΝΕ και λοιπά νοσήματα γαστρεντερικού και άτομα με διαβήτη, καρδιοπάθεια και νεφροπάθεια.

Συμβάλει ενεργά στην εκπαίδευση φοιτητών Διαιτολογίας (Χαροκόπειο- σεμινάρια πρακτικής άσκησης) και Ιατρικής (ΕΚΠΑ- μαθήμα κλινικών), καθώς επίσης και ιατρών (ΠΜΣ Χειρουργική Ανώτερου Πεπτικού, Μετεκπαιδευτικά μαθήματα ΕΚΠΑ, Μαθήματα ειδικευομένων Ελληνικής Χειρουργικής Εταιρίας). Παράλληλα, το επιστημονικό της έργο περιλαμβάνει δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά και ομιλίες σε σημαντικά για τον κλάδο ελληνικά και ευρωπαϊκά συνέδρια.

Το συγγραφικό της έργο περιλαμβάνει κεφάλαια σε εξειδικευμένα ιατρικά συγγράμματα Χειρουργικής (2023, 2026) με αντικείμενο την κλινική διατροφή χειρουργικών ασθενών και τη διατροφική υποστήριξη σε παθήσεις παχέος εντέρου, καθώς επίσης συν-έγραψε τον Οδηγό Διατροφής για τον Όμιλο «Αγκαλιάζω».
