She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. During her studies, she completed an internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," where she was trained in the nutritional management of pregnant women, cancer patients, the elderly, and individuals with metabolic syndrome. Subsequently, she completed her postgraduate studies at Harokopio University of Athens, specializing in "Applied Dietetics - Nutrition" with a focus on Molecular Nutrition, which aims primarily to study the relationship between nutrition, health, and disease at the cellular and molecular levels.
