Ο Γκίκας Χρήστος είναι Ψυχίατρος – Ψυχοθεραπευτής, απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού διπλώματος σπουδών της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστήμιου Αθηνών (ΕΚΠΑ).

Έχει μεγάλη κλινική εμπειρία στην αντιμετώπιση των συναισθηματικών και των αγχωδών διαταραχών χρησιμοποιώντας τις πιο σύγχρονες εναλλακτικές θεραπευτικές μεθόδους .

Εξειδικεύεται σε διαταραχές που σχετίζονται με το Άγχος, τις Αγχώδεις διαταραχές, την Ειδική φοβία, την Διαταραχή κοινωνικού άγχους (Κοινωνική φοβία),την Διαταραχή πανικού, την Αγοραφοβία, την Ιδεοψυχαναγκαστική και συναφείς διαταραχές, τις Καταθλιπτικές διαταραχές, τη Διπολική και συναφείς με αυτήν διαταραχές, καθώς και διαταραχές του ευρύτερου Ψυχωτικού φάσματος.

Ασχολείται επίσης με τη θεραπεία του τραύματος, τη διαχείριση πένθους, τη συμβουλευτική γονέων, τη θεραπεία ζεύγους και την αντιμετώπιση σεξουαλικών διαταραχών.

Έχει ειδικό ενδιαφέρον στη διάγνωση και θεραπευτική αντιμετώπιση των νευροαναπτυξιακών διαταραχών όπως η Διαταραχή Αυτιστικού Φάσματος (ΔΑΦ), η Νοητική Αναπτυξιακή Διαταραχή, η Διαταραχή Ελλειμματικής Προσοχής – Υπερκινητικότητας ενηλίκων (ΔΕΠΥ).Έχει εργαστεί ως επικεφαλής ιατρός για 4 έτη σε Ειδικό Ιατρείο αναπτυξιακών διαταραχών με στόχο την αγωγή υγείας ,την πρόληψη των ψυχικών διαταραχών, την αναγνώριση και έγκαιρη αντιμετώπισή τους, την αποσυμφόρησή της οικογένειας και την καταπολέμηση του “κοινωνικού στίγματος” που την περιβάλλει (ΕΚΕΨΥΕ στον Πειραιά) .

Είναι ενήμερος και ακολουθεί τις τρέχουσες  εξελίξεις στις νευροεπιστήμες τόσο της νευροβιολογίας όσο και της γενετικής . Επιπλέον, χρησιμοποιεί την φαρμακογενετική (αλληλεπίδραση των γονιδίων του κάθε ασθενή με τα φάρμακα του ΚΝΣ) για γρηγορότερη ύφεση των συμπτωμάτων & μείωση των παρενεργειών από τη χορήγηση της θεραπείας.

Παράλληλα, έχει παρουσιάσει πλήθος ερευνητικών εργασιών σε διεθνούς κύρους συνέδρια ψυχικής υγειάς στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό .

Εκπαιδεύει και εποπτεύει επαγγελματίες υγείας (ειδικευόμενους ιατρούς, νοσηλευτές, ψυχολόγους, κοινωνιολόγους, φοιτητές κ.ο.κ.)

Στόχος του είναι η θεραπεία του ασθενούς κατά κύριο λόγο με ψυχοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση αποφεύγοντας την πολυφαρμακία για την καλύτερη δυνατή έκβαση της υγείας του θεραπευομένου.

Η τρέχουσα κλινική του πρακτική και έρευνα επικεντρώνεται στη Δεκτική Μουσικοθεραπεία Guided Imagery & Music (GIM) και Music Imagery (MI), που πραγματοποιείται στην Ελλάδα επισήμως από την Διεπιστημονική Εταιρεία Μουσικοθεραπείας SONORA. Αυτή η θεραπευτική μέθοδος απευθύνεται σε όλες τις ηλικίες σε όλους τους τομείς: της ψυχοθεραπείας και συμβουλευτικής, της ψυχιατρικής,

του ψυχικού τραύματος, της ψυχο-ογκολογίας, της περιγεννητικής ψυχολογίας, της ανακουφιστικής φροντίδας, των εξαρτήσεων, της γηριατρικής και της νευρολογίας.

Την τρέχουσα περίοδο είναι επιστημονικά υπεύθυνος του Ψυχιατρικού Τμήματος στο Ιδιωτικό Πολυϊατρείο Central Medical Park στην περιοχή της Καλλιθέας και συνεργάζεται μεταξύ άλλων με το Ελληνικό Κέντρο Ψυχικής Υγιεινής και Ερευνών (ΕΚΕΨΥΕ) στον Πειραιά, όπου είναι υπεύθυνος της Μονάδα Ημερήσιας Περίθαλψης – Υπηρεσίας Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης και Αποκατάστασης (Μ.Η.Π.-Υ.Ε.Ε.Α.) και παράλληλα παρέχει υπηρεσίες στην Εταιρία Κοινωνικής Ψυχιατρικής Π. Σακελλαρόπουλος, στο Οικοτροφείο Β και σε Προστατευόμενα διαμερίσματα.

Gkintzou Xristina is a Dermatologist - Venereologist with a private practice in Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina, receiving two scholarships for outstanding performance over two consecutive years, and completed a three-year dermatology specialty training at the Athens Dermatology and Venereology Hospital "Andreas Syngros." She has received further training in Adult and Pediatric Dermatology, as well as Dermatologic Surgery at the University of Colorado in Denver, USA. Georgia Gkioni is a Pathologist with a private practice in Chalandri and a Consultant in the 7th Pathology Clinic of HYGEIA Hospital.

She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Arterial Hypertension and Associated Cardiovascular-Renal Diseases from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

Darmanis Petros is an Internist and maintains a private practice at the Kalamaria Medical Center. He studied at the Faculty of Medicine of the University LA SAPIENZA in Rome. Subsequently, he specialized in Internal Medicine at the AHEPA University General Hospital of Thessaloniki. Dasoukis Ioannis is a Psychiatrist - Psychotherapist and has maintained a private practice in Ilisia since 2011, as well as in Patras. H Δημητρακοπούλου Αμαλία MD, MSc είναι Ειδικός Παθολόγος και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στη Δάφνη. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Federico II στη Νάπολη Ιταλίας και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών δευτέρου επιπέδου στην Αισθητική Ιατρική.

Ειδικεύτηκε στην Εσωτερική Παθολογία στην 5η Παθολογική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Ο Ευαγγελισμός", αποκτώντας σημαντική εμπειρία σε μεγάλο πλήθος περιστατικών που άπτονται στο ευρύ φάσμα της παθολογίας και της γηριατρικής. Το τελευταίο έτος της ειδικότητας της στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Ο Ευαγγελισμός" υπηρέτησε για τρεις μήνες στην Ρευματολογική Κλινική, όπου συμμετείχε ενεργά στο εξωτερικό ρευματολογικό ιατρείο καθώς και στα περιστατικά της κλινικής. Τους ακόλουθους τρεις μήνες εκπαιδεύτηκε στην Β΄ Καρδιολογική κλινική, με άσκηση στην κλινική, το εξωτερικό καρδιολογικό ιατρείο και τη Μονάδα Εμφραγμάτων, ενώ το τελευταίο τρίμηνο εκπαιδεύτηκε στη Μονάδα Εντατικής Θεραπείας του νοσοκομείου.

Στο παρελθόν έλαβε την απαιτούμενη εκπαίδευση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Χαλκίδας και στη συνέχεια υπηρέτησε για 15 μήνες στο Κέντρο Υγείας Ιστιαίας στη Βόρεια Εύβοια ,ως Αγροτικός Ιατρός.

Από το 2017 έως και το 2025 εργάστηκε ως επικουρική επιμελήτρια Β΄ με την ειδικότητα της Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας στο Κέντρο Υγείας Νέου Κόσμου, όπου άσκησε τα καθήκοντά της στο τακτικό παθολογικό ιατρείο καθώς και στο τμήμα έκτακτων περιστατικών.
