Το χρονικό αυτό διάστημα έλαβε μέρος στην συγγραφή πολλών επιστημονικών εργασιών που δημοσιεύθηκαν σε ιατρικά περιοδικά ή ανακοινώθηκαν σε δερματολογικά συνέδρια. Από το 1990 - 1992 εκπαιδεύτηκε επί διετία στον Βελονισμό - Ηλεκτροβελονισμό στο Acuscience (Διεθνές Μετεκπαιδευτικό Κέντρο Βελονισμού) από τον έμπειρο βελονιστή Μιλτιάδη Καράβη και την ομάδα του. Έκτος από τον βελονισμό, έχει λάβει βασική εκπαίδευση στην ομοιοπαθητική, NLP, TAT, REIKI, ρεφλεξολογία, μέθοδο Heart math κ.α. Εξειδικεύτηκε στην Αισθητική Δερματολογία σε ειδικά συνέδρια και σεμινάρια στο Παρίσι και στην Μπολόνια Ιταλίας επί σειράν ετών.
