Kouna Eleutheria is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Galatsi. She is a graduate of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom, and holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Nutrition with a specialization in the Nutritional and Psychological Management of Eating Disorders and Obesity. She has extensive experience, having successfully managed numerous cases of bulimia nervosa and anorexia, binge eating disorder, psychogenic obesity, as well as childhood obesity. Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Koufaki Maria is an award-winning clinical dietitian-nutritionist who has maintained a private practice in Marousi since 2006. She graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, UK, where she successfully completed her studies as a clinical dietitian-nutritionist. In 2004, she continued her education at the University of Bristol, England, where she specialized with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition, Exercise, and Public Health, graduating with honors and distinction for outstanding academic performance. She has accumulated over 20 years of dietetic experience and has operated her private clinic in Marousi since 2006. Additionally, she has collaborated with the private hospital "Hygeia", with hospitals in the United Kingdom, and serves as the director of the DietMet nutrition center, where she conducts individual sessions with her clients. She has worked on nutritional support for individuals with special needs at the "Athena" Boarding House of the Society for Psychosocial Development and Psychotherapy, and has also served as the lead dietitian for the Municipality of Marousi in the European program "Paidiatrofi Epode," aimed at preventing childhood obesity. In recent years, she has focused on the practice of mindful eating, emphasizing the psychological management of obesity and binge eating disorder through proper education on balanced nutrition and the use of a non-restrictive approach. Katerina Xrysoulaki is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, BSc, MSc, and she operates a private practice (Thought for food) in Exarchia, where she provides personalized nutrition services. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens and possesses a bachelor's and master's degree (BSc - MSc) in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the Agricultural University of Athens. Siatitsa Evita MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and runs the private practice Nutriζην in Thessaloniki. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition of Harokopio University of Athens and completed a two-year postgraduate specialization in Clinical Dietetics at the same University. In addition to her private practice, she has been a contributor to the Mednutrition online portal for the past 3 years. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών το 2022, ολοκληρώνοντας με επιτυχία τις προπτυχιακές της σπουδές. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στον τομέα της αθλητικής διατροφής στο Leeds Beckett University της Αγγλίας ενώ έχει παρακολουθήσει και σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και στο Health Coaching για Επαγγελματίες Υγείας. Meladaki Dimitra Kai Synergates is a Dietitian - Nutritionist maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and a bachelor's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition Science from Harokopio University of Athens. Thomopoulou Aleksia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who operates two private dietetic clinics, located in the Marousi area and Neos Psychiko. She completed a postgraduate program in International and Public Health and Nutritional Program Design at the University of Westminster in London, having previously studied at the Department of Nutrition of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. Her extensive professional experience is noteworthy, as she has worked as a Dietitian in hospitals, companies, medical centers, and associations across Greece. Specifically, she was employed in the Oncology Department of the Medical School of Athens at the General Thoracic Diseases Hospital "Sotiria," where she specialized in the nutritional support of patients with neoplastic diseases. Additionally, she collaborated with the Home Care company “Medella” as a Scientific Advisor on issues related to cancer and the nutritional support of oncology patients. Simultaneously, she voluntarily provided her services as a Dietitian for the Hellenic Society of Palliative and Symptomatic Care for Cancer Patients (PARI.SY.A.) and the cancer patients’ association "K.E.F.I." Finally, she has been a collaborator of the Gastroenterology Department of the Athens Medical Center and the "THORAX" Institute. Throughout her career, she has participated in conferences—many of which she has addressed as a speaker—focusing on the nutrition of oncology patients.

Landis George is a clinical registered dietitian specialist in pedriatic and adolescent obesity and diabetes. After the completion of his basic honors degree on nutrition and dietetics with SRD at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK, he continued his clinical training on diabetes, obesity and liver and pancreatic diseases at the Manchester Royal Infirmary NHS Trust. The last seven years he's a clinical affiliate of the First Department of pedriatic, Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes of Athens Medical School where he completed his three year clinical expertise master in adolescent obesity and metabolism and my MSc on Bone Metabolic Diseases. His work experience in the field of pediatric obesity research and practice includes both clinical work and designing of educational interactive platforms for the prevention of childhood obesity and metabolic syndrome of adolescents as well as the implementation of ICT interventions for chronic diseases focused mainly to diabetes mellitus. Working as a part of the team of a university clinic and especially of the Centre of Adolescent Medicine, UNESCO chair of Adolescent Health Care he had the opportunity to be the senior dietitian of the project for the study of metabolic syndrome of Greek adolescents which consisted the basis for the development of the percentiles for waist circumference values of the Greek adolescent population. Additionally, within his cooperation with the First Department of Pedriatic of Athens Medical School he have authored a number of scientific manuscripts and modules for e-learning courses on adolescent medicine and delivered a number of scientific presentations on pedriatic obesity. His scientific interest and research goal is to contribute in the development of more sustainable ICT platforms for the understanding and prevention of pedriatic/adolescent obesity and its complications to human health.
