Stauraki Xristina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Chalandri. She holds a degree in Clinical Dietetics from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh. She has served as a Clinical Dietitian in a pathology clinic and, as part of her practical training, worked at the Athens Medical Center and in a Dietetic office. She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and has attended postgraduate seminars and conferences related to her specialty. At her Dietetic practice, she supports individuals seeking to enhance their well-being through healthier nutrition and daily habits.

Anna Kolokotroni is a Clinical Dietitian based in Thessaloniki. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and specialized in Clinical Nutrition with a postgraduate degree from the International Hellenic University. She gained experience in hospitals such as Theageneio and AHEPA, and has participated in the WHO's COSI program for childhood obesity. She holds a Diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity from the United Kingdom. Since 2021, she has been operating a dietetic practice in the center of Thessaloniki, helping individuals improve their health and quality of life through nutrition.

Diaitologiko Grafeio Ntelikou Mpenetou Natalia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist graduated from the International Hellenic University, with a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Roehampton University of London. Additionally, she is a certified Adult Educator & Health Coach from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She provides personalized nutrition programs tailored to individual needs and aims to change the individual's dietary mindset.

Dr. Georgiou Aleksandra MSc, PhD is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist providing dietetic services at her private practice in Alimos since 2015. She holds a PhD and is a Scientific Collaborator at Harokopio University, with postgraduate and doctoral specialization in Clinical Nutrition, focusing on the nutritional management and treatment of diseases such as cardiovascular disorders, liver diseases, diabetes mellitus, nephropathies, among others. Throughout her studies, she was a scholarship recipient of the State Scholarship Foundation. She has worked as a collaborator at the Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia," offering dietetic guidance to children and adolescents with increased body weight, a service she continues to provide to children and their families at her private practice. Since 2014, she has concurrently worked as a scientific collaborator at Harokopio University, participating in the design and implementation of prevention programs and the assessment of phenomena and diseases related to nutrition, such as childhood obesity, diabetes mellitus, liver cirrhosis, etc. Additionally, she holds specialization as a Sports Nutrition Specialist under the auspices of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, providing nutritional support to athletes and exercisers. Ziros Konstantinos PhD is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Peristeri. He holds a doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has received postgraduate training in human nutrition with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Glasgow, UK. Additionally, he specializes in eating disorders in children and sports nutrition, expertise gained during his training at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom. Besides his private practice, he is a Scientific Collaborator at Evivos Med. Furthermore, he contributes articles online and in local newspapers and participates in numerous scientific conferences addressing topics related to nutrition, health, and psychology.

Η Κοκολοπούλου Αλεξάνδρα είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, MSc με άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος και πραγματοποιεί επισκέψεις κατ' οίκον και online . Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Καρδίτσας και κάτοχος του μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου «Διατροφή στην υγεία και την νόσο» από το τμήμα Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου  Θεσσαλίας. Έχει πιστοποιημένη επιμόρφωση στην Γνωστική Συμπεριφοριστική Θεραπεία από το Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Στη διάρκεια των σπουδών της πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών όπου απέκτησε εμπειρία πάνω σε φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις περιστατικών. Ύστερα από την πρακτική της άσκηση συνέχισε να εργάζεται στο ίδιο διαιτολόγιο γραφείο ως διατροφολόγος – διαιτολόγος. Ο Κάλφας Ιωάννης διαθέτει πτυχίο διατροφής - διαιτολογίας από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Κρήτης και το 2007 απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών στον τομέα της διατροφής με εξειδίκευση στην κλινική διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει την μετεκπαίδευση του πάνω στην αντιμετώπιση των διατροφικών διαταραχών (νευρική ανορεξία και βουλιμία) και της παχυσαρκίας στο Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης και Αντιμετώπισης Διατροφικών Διαταραχών. Το 2015 ολοκλήρωσε στο Κέντρο Ψυχολογικών Εφαρμογών (ΚΕ.Ψ.ΕΦ.) σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης με θέμα «δεξιότητες συμβουλευτικής και επικοινωνίας για διαιτολόγους» και το 2016 σεμινάρια με τίτλο “Πέρα από τα όρια της δίαιτας”, (μια διατροφική - ψυχοεκπαιδευτικη προσέγγιση στη χρόνια παχυσαρκία). Επι σειρά ετών είναι εισηγήτής σεμιναρίων με θέμα την αθλητική διατροφή και παράλληλα έχει στο ενεργητικό του ομιλίες που αφορούν στην διατροφική ενημέρωση του κοινού . Επιπλέον συμμετάσχει σε πλήθος σεμιναρίων και συνεδρίων για την συνεχή ενημέρωση στις εξελίξεις του κλάδου του. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική του άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αττικής ΚΑΤ, ενώ στα πλαίσια της στρατιωτικής του θητείας τοποθετήθηκε στο διαιτολογικό τμήμα του 251 Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αεροπορίας, όπου απέκτησε πολύτιμη εμπειρία στην κλινική διατροφή και διαιτολογία.

Η Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου είναι αθλητική διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας της Θεσσαλονίκης. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στον τομέα της αθλητικής διατροφής στο Leeds Beckett University της Αγγλίας ενώ έχει παρακολουθήσει και σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και στο Health Coaching για Επαγγελματίες Υγείας. Από το 2020 έως σήμερα, η εμπειρία της στη διατροφή τη βοηθά να προσφέρει πρακτικές και εξατομικευμένες λύσεις, είτε πρόκειται για αθλητές είτε για άτομα που απλώς θέλουν να βελτιώσουν την υγεία και τη φυσική τους κατάσταση.

Konstantelos Antonios MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist with a professional practice license, offering home visits as well as maintaining a private office in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and a postgraduate diploma (MSc) in Clinical - Medical Nutrition from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is a member of the European Society for Clinical Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition (ESPEN) and regularly attends continuing education seminars for obtaining the Clinical Nutrition diploma. He is certified in dietary management of individuals with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Kouri Eirini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, with postgraduate studies at Harokopio University (clinical dietitian). She has a master's degree in eating disorders, obesity, and childhood obesity, as well as a specialization in sports nutrition.

She collaborated for several years with the Academy of P.A.E. Panionios, providing nutritional guidance and has delivered numerous lectures on the Mediterranean Diet in schools in Nea Smyrni.

At her practice, she offers nutritional services for various conditions such as weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy, breastfeeding, nutrition for athletes, prevention or management of pathological conditions (diabetes mellitus, digestive system diseases), treatment of eating disorders, childhood obesity, as well as nutrition for women with polycystic ovary syndrome.

Verykokaki Elena - Healthy Life is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Marousi. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly. She holds a certification in eating disorders based on training from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She attends all nationwide nutrition and dietetics conferences, seminars, as well as clinical nutrition and metabolism conferences, continuously updating her knowledge in nutrition. She is an active member of the Panhellenic Association of Nutritionists and Dietitians and the Hellenic Association of Nutritionists and Dietitians. Finally, she specializes in adolescent nutrition, nutritional counseling, and Nutrition coaching.

Markada Al Xasount Aleksandra is a Dietitian practicing in Galatsi. She studied at the University of Hertfordshire and has worked as a Dietitian at the Cardiology Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon" and at Metaxa Hospital. She possesses extensive experience and manages issues such as the management of diabetes mellitus, obesity, eating disorders, nutritional counseling, clinical nutrition, and more.

Trophee Mourati Eirini MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, founder of the dietary unit “Trophee” in Kolonaki. She graduated from Harokopio University of Athens, where she also completed her postgraduate studies in Applied Dietetics and Nutrition with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition. Her professional focus is on addressing obesity using sustainable, realistic, and easily maintainable methods. Additionally, she has worked with a wide range of clinical cases as the chief dietitian at a group of diagnostic centers, and previously served as the head dietitian for a large gym chain.

Siatitsa Evita MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and runs the private practice Nutriζην in Thessaloniki. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition of Harokopio University of Athens and completed a two-year postgraduate specialization in Clinical Dietetics at the same University. In addition to her private practice, she has been a contributor to the Mednutrition online portal for the past 3 years. Aggelopoulou Tzeni & Associates are Dietitian - Nutritionists specializing in Eating Disorders and maintain private offices in Alimos, Piraeus, and Galatsi. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and completed her internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko". Additionally, she collaborated with the Home Care company “Medella” as a Scientific Advisor on issues related to cancer and the nutritional support of oncology patients. Simultaneously, she voluntarily provided her services as a Dietitian for the Hellenic Society of Palliative and Symptomatic Care for Cancer Patients (PARI.SY.A.) and the cancer patients’ association "K.E.F.I." Liaropoulos Athanasios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh, and operates his own practice in Peristeri.

She completed her internship at Hygeia Hospital and in the Endocrinology Department of the "Red Cross" Hospital. Additionally, she has worked as Head Dietitian in major aesthetic centers, such as New Day and Silhouette, as well as in medical clinics. Finally, as part of her continuous professional development, she has attended and continues to attend numerous seminars concerning the nutrition of children and adults.

Lamprakos Dimitris is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who operates his private practice in Peristeri, Nea Zoi. He holds a degree in dietetics from Canterbury Christ Church University and a master's diploma titled "Exercise & Nutrition" from Maastricht University. His specialization, combined with his interest in sports, enables him to assist athletes and exercisers in improving their performance and achieving their goals through properly structured nutrition. Simultaneously, his practice in two hospitals (Attikon University General Hospital & Elena Venizelou General Hospital) as well as his work as a private practitioner and dietitian in an aesthetic center have provided him with knowledge and experience in the clinical nutrition field.
