Manou Euaggelia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has maintained a private practice in Argos since 2014. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly, where she also served as a Laboratory Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. Since then, she has completed an internship at the General Hospital of Corinth.

Grigoriou Vasiliki (Valia) is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, a graduate of Harokopio University and holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Glasgow. She operates private practices in Kolonaki and Thrakomakedones and directs the Model Dietetic Center "Nutricenter". She is the scientific head of nutrition at the 4th Oncology Clinic of Metropolitan Hospital and an external collaborator at Hygeia Hospital, specializing in oncological nutrition (gastrointestinal, lung, gynecological cancers) and reconstructive cases. She also has significant experience in bariatric cases, having collaborated with distinguished physicians such as Surgeon Konstantinos Albanopoulos and Plastic Surgeon Nektarios Ntountoulakis. Since early 2025, she has been active in the field of sports nutrition, supporting the Hellenic Olympic Rowing Federation. Additionally, she conducts nutrition seminars for employees at companies such as Nutricia, Danaos Shipping, Inditex, etc. Moreover, the specialist has extensive teaching experience, having worked for years in public and private IEKs (Institutes of Vocational Training). Finally, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians, actively participates in conferences, and is involved in print and electronic media, promoting the science of Nutrition with scientific credibility.  

Thomopoulou Aleksia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who operates two private dietetic clinics, located in the Marousi area and Neos Psychiko. She completed a postgraduate program in International and Public Health and Nutritional Program Design at the University of Westminster in London, having previously studied at the Department of Nutrition of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. Her extensive professional experience is noteworthy, as she has worked as a Dietitian in hospitals, companies, medical centers, and associations across Greece. Specifically, she was employed in the Oncology Department of the Medical School of Athens at the General Thoracic Diseases Hospital "Sotiria," where she specialized in the nutritional support of patients with neoplastic diseases. Additionally, she collaborated with the Home Care company “Medella” as a Scientific Advisor on issues related to cancer and the nutritional support of oncology patients. Simultaneously, she voluntarily provided her services as a Dietitian for the Hellenic Society of Palliative and Symptomatic Care for Cancer Patients (PARI.SY.A.) and the cancer patients’ association "K.E.F.I." Finally, she has been a collaborator of the Gastroenterology Department of the Athens Medical Center and the "THORAX" Institute. Throughout her career, she has participated in conferences—many of which she has addressed as a speaker—focusing on the nutrition of oncology patients.

Isaakidis Akritas - NutriOn is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Neapoli, Thessaloniki. Additionally, he is a scientific associate at the MTS Alternative Therapy Center in Lamia and the Nutrition Center of the Municipality of Paleou Faliro. She also provides remote consultations across Greece (Syros, Thiva, Crete, Volos, Lamia) and internationally (Cyprus, USA, Dubai, Germany).

He studied Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and has been trained in Western and Chinese herbal medicine, Hippocratic nutrition, and acupuncture at the Academy of Ancient Greek and Chinese Medicine. Furthermore, he has given presentations at educational seminars and has worked as a scientific associate for FAGE and Thermes Spa.

Mpotsifaras Ilias is a Dietitian-Nutritionist specializing in sports nutrition. He has a private practice at the NOUS THERAPY CENTER health center in the center of Thessaloniki. He is a lecturer at IEK ALFA Thessaloniki in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. He graduated from the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHU), based in Thessaloniki. He completed his internship at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki, where he specialized in clinical cases involving eating disorders and obesity. He has completed postgraduate studies and holds a specialization in Sports Nutrition from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. Currently, he is pursuing his second postgraduate degree with a focus on Clinical Nutrition at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. Additionally, he has received further training in eating disorders and obesity at NCfED in the United Kingdom. He has conducted research on the bone density of football players and the influence of their dietary habits. He has also worked as a dietitian-nutritionist at the 424 General Military Hospital, monitoring clinical cases in the hospital. Finally, he provides nutritional support for athletes, manages clinical cases with a broad spectrum of diseases, and cases involving eating disorders. It is worth noting his active involvement in conducting research on the dietary habits of patients with chronic urticaria.

Aggeli - Kilitsian Maria is a Nutritionist - Dietitian and maintains a private practice in Elliniko, Attica. She is a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a Master's degree (MSc) titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace in Health Sciences. Her master's thesis focused on the "Correlation of the Microbiome with Depression and the Role of the Mediterranean Diet." Additionally, she is a graduate of the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity" program, certified by the British NCfED (National Centre for Eating Disorders). She works as a freelancer with a professional practice license and has over 20 years of experience. From 2017 to 2020, she served as the head of the Dietetic Department at the Municipal Clinics of the Municipality of Agios Dimitrios, Attica, managing numerous cases of adult and pediatric obesity, diabetes mellitus, kidney diseases, hypercholesterolemia, pregnancy, etc. Her practical training took place at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" of Voula. As part of her research thesis, she investigated the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, which she presented at the EFAD conference in Barcelona in 2011 and was ranked among the top 10 presentations. Furthermore, her work has been published in the EFAD e-journal: Angeli-Kilitsian M., Meintani J. Tsilipakou Despoina is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and has operated a certified dietetic practice since 2015 in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition – Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. She is also a final-year student of the postgraduate program "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition, specializing in Clinical Nutrition" at Harokopio University – Department of Dietetics & Nutrition Science. She completed a postgraduate specialization program in Pediatric Nutrition "Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition" at EL.DE Studies and a training program in "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" at the University of the Aegean, within the Mental and Community Health Program. During her training, she conducted scientific research on the measurement of basal metabolic rate and its correlation with physical activity and appetite. She has attended specialized conferences in clinical nutrition, nutrition for chronic diseases, pediatric nutrition, nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and sports nutrition. She holds a professional license to practice as a Dietitian - Nutritionist from the General Directorate of Public Health and Social Welfare, Department of Health Services and Professions. Η Κογκόλη Μαρία με επιχειρηματική δραστηριότητα για χρόνια στο κέντρο αδυνατίσματος DNA αποφάσισε να δώσει σε ώριμη ηλικία κατατακτήριες και να εισαχθεί στο Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας-Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και συνέχισε τις σπουδές στο ίδιο Πανεπιστήμιο αποκτώντας το Μεταπτυχιακό της δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία-Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση τη «Διατροφή και Άσκηση». Κατά τη μετεκπαίδευσή της, παρακολούθησε το πρόγραμμα του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών για την αποτελεσματική συμβουλευτική και τις στρατηγικές αλλαγής συμπεριφοράς των διαιτώμενων. Παράλληλα, ολοκλήρωσε το πρόγραμμα «Ειδικής Αθλητικής Διατροφής» υπό την αιγίδα της Ακαδημίας Αθλητικής Διατροφής της Αγγλίας.

Ιωάννα Οικονομοπούλου, MMedSci

Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας – Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών «Η Διατροφή στην Υγεία και στη Νόσο» από το τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Παιδιατρική Διατροφή από το Monash University.

Additionally, she is a certified Adult Educator & Health Coach from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She provides personalized nutrition programs tailored to individual needs and aims to change the individual's dietary mindset.

Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. She has many years of experience in chronic, metabolic, and autoimmune diseases, having served as the scientific director of the nutrition department in a private clinic in Attica. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής.
