Ο Δρ. Ιωάννης Δαλιανούδης είναι Πλαστικός Χειρουργός και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Κολωνάκι. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων και εργάστηκε ως εθελοντής ιατρός στην Κλινική Πλαστικής Χειρουργικής & Εγκαυμάτων του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ιωαννίνων. Στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος αυτού μετέβει στην Κολωνία της Γερμανίας, όπου και εξειδικεύτηκε στην Αισθητική Χειρουργική του προσώπου, όπως το face lift, mid face lift, την χειρουργική της περιοφθάλμιας χώρας καθώς και επεμβάσεις μετά από μαζική απώλεια βάρους, υπό την καθοδήγηση του Prof. Dirk Richter και τωρινό πρόεδρο της ISAPS. Συνέχισε την εξειδίκευση του στον τομέα της Ρινοπλαστικής, στην Μέκκα των επεμβάσεων της ρινοπλαστικής, στην Τεχεράνη του Ιράν. Καθημερινά συμμετείχε σε πλειάδα επεμβάσεων είτε πρωτοπαθών είτε δευτεροπαθών, υπό τους Prof Babak Nikoumaram, τον Prof Ali Manafi, Prof. Farhad Hafesi, Dr. Hamed Bateni και άλλους. Σήμερα, βρίσκεται υπό εκπόνηση η διδακτορική του διατριβή στον τομέα της επανορθωτικής μικροχειρουργικής, με θέμα την αποκατάσταση νευρικών ελλειμμάτων, από το Πανεπιστήμιο Ιωαννίνων.
