Έπειτα, μετέβη στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες Αμερικής, όπου για έναν χρόνο εξειδικεύτηκε στις σύγχρονες τεχνικές Μεταμόσχευσης Μαλλιών FUE, σε μία από τις κορυφαίες κλινικές του είδους.

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της εκπαίδευσής της, επέστρεψε στο Λονδίνο, όπου εργάστηκε για δύο χρόνια ως Διευθύντρια σε ιδιωτικές Κλινικές Πλαστικής Χειρουργικής στη διάσημη Harley Street. Vakalopoulos Paulos MD, MSc is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist, former Director of the Vascular Surgery Clinic at the Naval Hospital of Athens, and Director of the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic at Mediterraneo Hospital in Glyfada.
