Dr. Maria-Irini Kourakou is a practicing ophthalmologist based in Cholargos, Athens. Ο Dr Ζησούλης Αιμίλιος MD PhD είναι Χειρουργός Οφθαλμίατρος και Διδάκτωρ Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων. Το 2010 πέτυχε βαθμολογία ρεκόρ στις πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις με 19780 μόρια και εισήλθε στην Ιατρική σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Όλος ο παραπάνω ο εξοπλισμός είναι πλέον σε πλήρη χρήση στο Ιασώ Θεσσαλίας. Η προηγμένη αυτή τεχνική αποσκοπεί στην πλήρη απαλλαγή από γυαλιά σε κάθε απόσταση μετά από επέμβαση καταρράκτη. Στις 10/9/2025 τοποθέτησε σε ασθενείς τους πρώτους στην κεντρική Ελλάδα ενδοφακούς Alcon Clareon Vivity προ της επίσημης κυκλοφορίας τους στην ελληνική αγορά. Αποτελούν πρωτοπόρο τεχνολογία κατασκευασμένη στις Η.Π.Α. ικανή να προσφέρει ταυτόχρονα άριστη μακρινή και κοντινή όραση, με στόχο την πλήρη απαλλαγή από κάθε γυαλί όρασης, χωρίς παραγωγή δυσφωτοπικών φαινομένων.
