He has won the World Judo Championship for Healthcare Professionals twice (2008 in Germany and 2009 in Spain), as well as his category in the Greek Veterans Judo Championship (Nea Makri, 2024), with additional medals from international and national competitions.

Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. He has participated in a large number of conferences, educational seminars, and projects, focusing primarily on upper limb disorders and injuries, as well as sports injuries.
