Topkas Athanasios MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, affiliated with the Orthopedic Clinic of "Hygeia" Hospital, and maintains a private practice in Marousi. He graduated with honors from the Medical School of Varna University and holds a Master's degree in Metabolic Bone Diseases from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He began his specialization in Orthopedic Surgery - Traumatology at the General Prefectural Hospital of Edessa and continued his training at the 1st IKA Hospital of Athens and the General Attica Hospital KAT.
