Raptis Athanasios is a Pathologist - Diabetologist and maintains private clinics in Athens and Kalyvia Attikis. He is an Emeritus Professor of Pathology - Diabetes Mellitus at the Medical School of the University of Athens (EKPA) and an Associate of the Athens Medical Center (Marousi). He specializes in Diabetes Mellitus (type 1, type 2, gestational, insulin pumps), its complications, arterial hypertension, as well as the entire spectrum of metabolic diseases (dyslipidemia, obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease). He was a member of the Diabetology Center of the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathology Clinic of the University of Athens from 1982 to 2024, except for the period of his military service, rural medical practice, and further training. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He underwent two years of postgraduate training at King’s College London, in the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolic Diseases at Guy's Hospital, focusing on arterial hypertension and diabetic nephropathy. He possesses significant academic and research work and is a member of the Medical Association of Athens, the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, the Hellenic Professional Association of Pathologists - Diabetologists, the Hellenic Diabetological Society (elected member of the Board of Directors), and the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD).

Aleksaki Sofia is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and a PhD candidate at École des Ponts ParisTech in France, with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetes Mellitus, and Metabolism at Venizeleio General Hospital of Heraklion, where she further specialized in Diabetology. She also has many years of clinical and research experience in Greece, the United Kingdom, France, and Belgium.

Η Ζωή Μαυρίδου είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. • Εκπαίδευση στο πρόγραμμα “Πέρα από τα όρια της δίαιτας”, από το Κέντρο Ψυχολογικών Εφαρμογών (ΚΕ.Ψ.ΕΦ), που επικεντρώνεται στη σχέση με το φαγητό και τη βελτίωση της διατροφικής συμπεριφοράς χωρίς περιοριστικές δίαιτες.

Παράλληλα, εμπλουτίζει συνεχώς τις γνώσεις της μέσω της παρακολούθησης μαθημάτων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης Κλινικής Διατροφής και Μεταβολισμού (ESPEN LLL) και του World Obesity Organization (SCOPE), για την απόκτηση της πιστοποίησης “Specialist Certification of Obesity Professional Education”.

Apostolakis Mixail MD, MSc, PhD is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. He graduated with honors with a doctorate and holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He also holds a postgraduate diploma specializing in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" from the same university, awarded with distinction. Furthermore, he is a Scientific Postdoctoral Associate at the 2nd Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the University of Athens at Aretaieio Hospital and an External Associate of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic "Rea," while he has served as a Consultant in the Endocrinology and Diabetes Department at "Hygeia" Hospital. Additionally, he has received training in pediatric endocrinology in Hungary and has participated in international research studies on the safety and efficacy of new drugs for osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Finally, the doctor is a member of the Hellenic Endocrine Society, the Hellenic Society of Climacteric and Menopause, as well as the European Menopause and Andropause Society.

Poimenidou Eirini is a Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Komotini. She graduated from the Medical School of the State Medical Academy "I.M. Sechenov" in Moscow. She specialized in Pathology at the General Hospital of Xanthi and in Endocrinology at the Cancer Hospital of Thessaloniki "Theageneio." She has worked as an Endocrinologist at the outpatient clinic of Urban Polyclinic No. 68 in Moscow and served as a physician in the MSF project for the medical and pharmaceutical care of residents at the Pre-Departure Detention Center for Immigrants in Komotini with Doctors Without Borders. Loli Georgia is a Specialist in Internal Medicine and maintains a private practice in the center of Lefkada. Concurrently, she works as a Consultant in the Internal Medicine Department of the General Hospital of Lefkada and is the attending physician at the Lefkada Nursing Home. Zaxarou Vera - Nutrithink is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Piraeus. She completed her studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Additionally, she attended a Health Coach training seminar and subsequently a professional development program in Pediatric Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has experience and contributes articles to various websites.

Skoulidi Virna BSc, MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and has attended a clinical nutrition and dietetics seminar at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she possesses a master's degree in Nutrition, Public Health & Policies from the Agricultural University of Athens and in Nutritional Psychology from the CNP (Center for Nutritional Psychology). Voultsidis Nikolaos is a General Practitioner and maintains a private practice in Thasos. Dr. Mamalis Dimitris is a specialized Endocrinologist – Diabetologist and Metabolism Specialist, with a particular focus on thyroid disorders, Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, and Obesity management.

He maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi and Livadeia.

He graduated from Medical School in 2004. He specialized at the University Clinic of Düsseldorf (Germany) and in the Endocrinology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos."

He gained significant experience in the management of Gestational Diabetes at the Gestational Diabetes Department of the University Clinic of “Alexandra” Hospital.

Additionally, he specialized in the management of menopause disorders at the corresponding department of the University Hospital “Aretaieio.”

He has conducted research on Gitelman and Bartter syndromes. (Saudi J Kidney Dis Transpl Jan-Feb Persistent Hypokalemia due to a rare mutation in Gitelman's Syndrome.)

He holds a Medical Degree and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi," as well as in Diabetes Mellitus at the University General Hospital "Attikon." He holds a postgraduate diploma in Occupational and Environmental Health from the National School of Public Health. Oikonomidou Christina is a specialist endocrinologist-diabetologist, with a clinic in Karditsa. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and continued her training in endocrinology-diabetology at the Endocrinology-Diabetology Clinic of the Polyclinic Hospital of Athens, as well as in the Obesity Department of the University Clinic of Laiko Hospital of Athens. She also trained in the use of ultrasound at the Athens General Hospital "Evangelismos," as well as in pediatric endocrinology and adolescent endocrinology at the Children's Hospital Agia Sofia. She specializes in thyroid and parathyroid gland disorders, type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus, and gestational diabetes. She also specializes in obesity, osteoporosis, calcium-vitamin D metabolism disorders, and menstrual disorders-polycystic ovary syndrome. She manages growth disorders, short stature, puberty, and pituitary-adrenal gland conditions. Η Λάσπα Έλενα είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος - Διαβητολόγος και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στο Χαλάνδρι. Μέσω πανελληνίων εξετάσεων εισήχθη στην Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών το 1990. Μετά από γραπτό διαγωνισμό έλαβε και διατήρησε για όλη τη διάρκεια των σπουδών την υποτροφία του κληροδοτήματος "Αντωνίου Παπαδάκη". Μετά την αποφοίτηση της τον Ιούλιο του 1996 εκπλήρωσε την υπηρεσίας υπαίθρου, στην διάρκεια της οποίας πήρε απόσπαση για τις εφημερίες της στην μονάδα εμφραγμάτων του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Πρεβέζης. Εν συνεχεία ειδικεύτηκε για 2 έτη στην παθολογία ως προαπαιτούμενη εκπαίδευση για την κύρια ειδικότητα. Εξειδικεύθηκε στην ειδικότητα της Ενδοκρινολογίας στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Ιωαννίνων υπό τη διεύθυνση του καθηγητή Α.Τσατσούλη. Ολοκλήρωσε το τελευταίο τμήμα της την ειδικότητας στο St.Mary’s Hospital του Λονδίνου, όπου εξειδικέυθηκε στο υπερηχογράφημα τραχήλου και στις καθοδηγούμενες υπερηχογραφικά παρακεντήσεις όζων θυρεοειδούς αδένα. Παράλληλα με την κλινική της δραστηριότητα στο Λονδίνο, συμμετείχε σε ερευνητικά προγράμματα μελέτης της μεταβλητότητας παραγόντων κινδύνου για την εμφάνιση διαταραχής ανοχής γλυκόζης και αθηροσκληρωτικής νόσου. Μετά το πέρας της ειδικότητας παρέμεινε επιστημονικά ενεργή με την συμμετοχή της σε έρευνες του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ιωαννίνων για τον καρκίνο του θυρεοειδούς, για τις ανάγκες της οποίας ανέλαβε μεγάλο αριθμό παρακεντήσεων όζων θυρεοειδούς. Έχει συμμετάσχει ως κλινικός ερευνητής στην Διεθνή κλινική μελέτη Lantus HOE901/3505: ATLANTUS. Επίσης συμμετείχε ως ομιλητής σε πλήθος ελληνικών και διεθνών συνεδρίων. Διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά έχουν φιλοξενήσει δημοσιεύσεις της. Το 2015 έγραψε το κεφάλαιο "Παραθυρεοειδείς αδένες και μεταβολισμός των οστών" στο διαδικτυακό πόνημα "Σύγχρονο εγχειρίδιο Ενδοκρινολογίας". Το 2016 έγραψε το κεφάλαιο "Pseudohypoparathyroid States" στην Εγκυκλοπαίδεια Ενδοκρινικών Νοσημάτων (Encyclopedia of Endocrine Diseases). Το 2019 ολοκλήρωσε το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα «Health Coach» του Κέντρου Επιμόρφωσης και Δια Βίου Μάθησης του Εθνικού Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Είναι ένα πρόγραμμα το οποίο προσφέρει γνώσεις και εφόδια «προπονητή υγείας» ,ώστε ο ιατρός με μοντέλα ειδικής προσέγγισης και μεθοδολογίας να ενδυναμώσει τον κάθε άνθρωπο να αλλάξει βλαπτικές συνήθειες και συμπεριφορές και να επιτύχει τους στόχους υγείας που θέτει. Είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρίας και της Ελληνικής Εταιρίας Μελέτης Μεταβολισμού των Οστών. Μετά από εξετάσεις έγινε δεκτή ως μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρίας Ενδοκρινολογίας, Διαβήτη και Μεταβολισμού (Fellow of the European Board of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism).
